Do not bother giving this fast food place the benefit of the doubt. My order was wrong although the receipt was correct. Had to... drive back and returned items #7 which I asked to get my money back and I told the cashier what was wrong I has asked for nomayo or dressing and her smart remark was "its not mayo its royal sauce" the menu does not state what type of sauce but prettyclear when I say "no mayo or dressing" which then she asks "where's the drink?" I just had to drive back return my order spendmy lunch time in the end not eating anything Burger King by far inconsiderate employee since she never once apologized. Read more
I ordered a kid's meal at the kiosk. Once order was ready there was no toy and instead there was a greasy chocolate chip cookie.... Cashier explained they don't give toys. Why not update menu options on their kiosks and avoid upset customers? Read more
Ordered a bacon king meal, not only did they forget the bacon, I found paper in my burger under melted cheese. Didn't have time... to try to get them to fix it because my lunch break is so short. Not the first time they've messed up my order either Read more
We had coupons. 1 person had forgotten theirs. We were on lunch and only had 1 hour. We advised the lady we had forgotten a... coupon but was the exact same order. Asked if she could use the code on the coupon. As other places have said they only need thecode on the coupon. She said "NO" and gave us the money back. We advised we want the order we placed and we did not want orask for the money back. We will be going across the street to Wendy's to order. She did give us our order. Bought chicken fries seems like the order had fresh ones and reheated ones some were hard as a rock . Went back after one hour... because my husband was eating so I waited for him to get done . When I told the so called manger Merriam she gave me attitudethe employees communicated thru headphones . She said she saw employee make them fresh and it had been one hour since I orderedthem I know for a fact that they don't get hard in one hour I some times reheat them the next day and they don't get hard .Merriam made me mad I gave her attitude back and she started to laugh at me being mad if corporate keeps employees like her thislocation will be closed like other locations . I have had one other order messed up where cheese was missing in my order andwas treated right and given new burgers with no problems they gave me new fries to but Merriam was really cocky and rude. Brought my cressantwich back because it was burnt. Guess they decided on this one that they came cooked enough from supplier.... The edges were a little bit more cooked so I didn't notice till I got closer to the middle. The person doing this should be morethan fired. Charges should be filed. Who serves undercooked pork to the public? Do they have a manager? If so what does he/shedo laugh as they try to make people sick? This place should be condemned. Read more
