Worst location. Gave me old stale fries. I went in & asked for new ones. They replaced them with the same stale fries. Then I... asked again, they remade them & I think they're just overcooking them? Well if you've read my review on my previous burger king experience I have finally met the match for the last one the manager on... this shift has the worst customer service I've come across at a burger king and the employee running the drive thru as well Ican't believe this kind of behavior is aloud at a burger king. And the manager was informed of my brother's wife's conditionwhen asked to use the restroom and she still made her wait while she almost soiled herself. Clean dining area and clean restrooms. Friendly staff and quick service.
The food was ok. The nuggets were cold and older but it was before 10 in the morning. The burgers were ok. The awesome thing... about this Burger King is the indoor playground and gaming computers for the kids. I thought this was very awesome. I wish thefood had been better but the playground almost made up for it. Surprisingly, this location does not offer free wifi. Had to workpen and paper. This wasn't terrible but inconvenient. Better food preparation and free wifi would have gotten this location 5stars. Read more
So I would not suggest anybody to come to this Burger King I ordered two Whoppers one of the Whoppers came with the big chunk of... lettuce that my husband almost choked on both Whoppers had no seasoning on the meat the fries had absolutely no salt the meat isdry as can be and on top of it I ordered a shake and I ordered a large size at that and they ended up giving me a medium size Icalled the store to talk to the manager but the customer service is so low and fake that they did not answer the phone I paid$18 for my husband not to even want to finish his food his hunger went away so my best advice is don't choose this Burger Kinggo to another one because their customer service is the worst service ever Read more
My food is rarely ever fresh and they can never get orders accurately. I used to love coming to this location but now I come... every once in a while. I decided to go today and was let down this was by far the worst experience I don?t think I?ll be comingback. Picture listed below are highly dried out chicken fries that I was looking forward to. The guy manager was nice and friendly last time we were there, but this experience was horrible she was just rude like she's... taking her bad day out on us. Sandwiches were good but we had requested they be freshly made. The fries were overcooked hardand cold. The wrong sandwiches got onions and tomatoes. Read more
This might be the worst BK I've ever gone to. The employees are trash people who clearly have no clue what customer service is,... or how to prepare fresh quality food, nor do they care. The food is always old, cold, and rubbery. The burgers are made sloppyand clearly just thrown together with little care or caution. When you speak up and ask for the order to be made right, orfresh, they act like it's a HUGE problem and you should just eat whatever slop you get. Why would anybody with common senseserve a rubbery old chewy chicken fry? They do. They sadly do. Stay away from this ghetto location. Read more
