They definitely don't let you have it your way anymore! If you have a coupon, you cannot substitute coffee for juice or even... soda and they don't accept the coupons online! In this day when everything is so expensive, the least a company can do is honortheir discounts to appeal to your customer's loyalty. I?ve driven here after work and they have been closed at 7:30! Not cool for a huge company that says they?re open till 10.
Had a craving, I never go here even though it's down the street from me, honestly always forget about it, not my usual go... to. The young kid at the window was not rude, almost got the order correct, but who serves cold onion rings, and cold whoppers?Yuck. Zero reason to go back, plenty other places to go. I wish I could rate it a zero!! The servers were not rude but they definitely were not friendly! The picture below was a rodeo... burger, as you can see there was practically no BBQ sauce. My fries were tasteless & some seemed underdone. I will not eat thereagain!! ???????????? Read more
I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich with no sauce. The lady in the drive thru said it comes with the spicy sauce and savory... sauce, at the window told me it was called savory sauce, i said ok I would like the spicy sauce and not the other.. The wholeorder was good until the sandwich. Disgusted they served it. Very hard and dry around the edges. Only one pickle and NO SPICYSAUCE. If I could give it a ZERO I would, worst customer service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Took my sons for... dinner 2 of my kids thought they ordered the 5 for $4 special and 1 of my sons got the 2 for $6, they didn't get what theyordered, I went up to the counter and told the heavy set lady that things were missing, she was going to make it right, thenanother heavy set lady turned to her and said nothing was missing on the order when clearly we were missing 2 burgers. I gotonly 1 burger that was missing, the food was extremely cold, the fries felt like they weren't cooked all the way thro. Spending$43 on meals I expected to get what we ordered and have decent customer service, which to my dismay did not happen. To top itoff the table was dirty, and there was a mop bucket just sitting in the middle of the floor. Not what you want to see going toeat. I will never again enter that establishment and spend my hard earned money, I hope with this review you lose customers,maybe then will you employ decent workers. Read more
