They are very slow, I ordered and it took 10 minutes to advance and there were only 2 more cars, they have very slow workers
Ordered at the drive Thru. The price for the double cheese burger was $8 and change. Medium combo. This was a lot more than I am... used to paying so as I drove up to the drive thru I asked the person at the window how long had he been working there. Just 2months he replied. If he had been working there for awhile I was going to ask him about the price increase. So I just replied OKand gave him my credit card. When he returned my credit card he was genuinely concerned that he had done something wrong as heasked me why I wanted to know how long he had worked there. So I told him and he replied, "oh I thought I had done somethingwrong". WOW! What customer service. So I took this opportunity to tell him about the price differences over the last few yearsand the increases and how many fast-food companies and other companies are scamming their customers by pretending that inflationis the reason their prices are going up so much when they are raising their prices much higher than what is needed to coverinflation. Then I asked him if it was OK if I asked how much he gets paid and he replied $14 per hour. So I told him good! I wassurprised. That isn't bad pay. He told me he had been working for ten months at Burger King and he switched to this storebecause of the higher pay. As I told him, I do not mind paying more if that increase is also being shared to the workers. I wishrestaurants would post the starting wage they pay their employees and the average wage as I would use that as a big factor ofwhich restaurant I will choose to spend my money with. I complemented him on the great job he was doing and drove off to eat myBK double Chees burger. I do love their double cheese burgers for some reason. lol. Read more
Food quality is horrible. Yes it?s fast food, but my burger was so chewy I couldn?t eat it, the mayo tasted rancid, and the the... other fried foods tasted old like they had been sitting all day. I don?t eat fast food that often and thought I?d try BurgerKing for a change. Never again! ???? Read more
Seems like every time I stop at this location I have problems. Whether it's the drive thru microphone not working or it taking... a lot time for the food. This morning I stopped and there was someone in front of me. I waited and waited while the employeeand driver chit chatted and finally had to leave (without breakfast) so I wouldn't be late for work. I understand beingfriendly to the customers, but please remember there are other customers waiting that are just as important. I will not begoing back. Read more
The spicy hand breaded chicken was great. Clean restaurant. Restrooms open to public. They also take EBT.
Horrible location. They have messed up 2 of my delivery orders. Tonight they forgot my chicken on my Italian Chicken Sandwich.... Yes they didn?t out the chicken on the sandwich and onion rings are old grease. Whoever is managing this restaurant is horribleand the district manager needs to do something. I have never been so disgusted by a Burger King in my entire life. the staff it is super rude. I got in line and waited... approximately 10 minutes before someone took my order. while the employees were looking at me standing there. The restrooms aredisgusting. The cash register and countertop where you place your order was covered in boxes of ketchup BBQ sauce Ranch Etc. Andthe soda machine t it's from the 1950s. I placed my order online and requested that I pick it up at the restaurant, not the drive-thru which is usually busy. When I... arrived the dining room was closed and I was told to go through the drive-thru. However the drive-thru line was backed up (as Iexpected) and my order had already been placed, paid for, and was ready to go. So while my order sits in the restaurant gettingcold I am waiting, and waiting and waiting in a drive-thru line to pick up what I already paid for. This is terrible customerservice and I cannot imagine that I will return after this type of service. And the food was cold when I got home! There's areason I haven't ordered from Burger King for some time and this is now another reason. They need to get some help or indicatethat orders cannot be picked up inside when placing an order online. Or put in pick-up lockers if they are so shorthanded theyneed to close the store!!
