Tonight was the third time my order was made incorrectly. But this time, it was utterly disgusting. I ordered one of their... chicken sandwiches that had cheese and bacon. But what I received was an OLD, DRY chicken patty that had clearly been under thewarmer for a couple of hours... with two slices of old tomato and a small smidgen of lettuce. It was so gross I had to throw itaway. My fault for not checking the order before I drove away but that won't happen again because I will not be going back.Third time is not charm, hence the review. I am assuming neither the owner nor the manager(s) read these reviews, or they simplydon't care because there is ZERO reason for service and/or food to still be this bad after all of these comments. I will not visit this location again due to the management's refusal to allow the use of coupons off the Burger King app. We... were informed that only paper coupons could be used. First off, I can't remember the last time I received a paper coupon fromBurger King. Secondly, in this day and age, when most companies encourage going paperless, I am dumbfounded by Burger King'srefusal to accept their own coupon codes. The app even has you save the code to use in store. The employees who waited on uswere very nice and in no way are to blame for their managements refusal to use modern day technology. Read more
Terrible service. She was completely checked out and could careless what was going on around her. The fries were old, cold, and... overcooked. No ice in the ice machine. The sandwiches were not what we wanted at all. I didn't eat it because it was allgarbage... had to go elsewhere after waiting 40 minutes. I hate spending money for complete disappointment but that's exactlywhat happened. I was gonna say something but it was clear to me it wouldn't have mattered in the slightest. Read more
This location is always ?okay?. We come here about once a month and something is always off. Either the fries are cold or our... drink order is wrong- they usually get the drinks wrong. We asked one time for the sandwiches to come hot and the lady told usto ask for ?off the fryer? which we do now. But we don?t really get anything ?off the fryer?. For example- today I ordered achiking and a whopper (meals) and they were definitely not fresh. The chicken was rubbery and I think they threw it BACK intothe fryer after it had been sitting there for a while. So is it worth $22 for two meals? Probably not but will I go back yes Iprobably will. So I visit this location pretty often and it's typically pretty bad but today was the worst. 6 people in drive through. Waited... 20 mins to pay and receive meal. Food super cold and doesn't taste fresh and also a sloppy mess when I opened the sandwich! Thisplace is going down hill! Anyone want to try my sloppy whopper or ice cold French fries? I have been coming to this location over the past year. Unfortunately, every time I order something other than chicken nuggets,... my order is made incorrectly. Add to that how long it takes for them to make orders, even when there is no one else ahead ofyou. Today, I just spent $7 on a double whopper that I explicitly requested to have NO TOMATOES since I am allergic to rawtomatoes. So when I got home, what did I find? Raw tomatoes on my burger, which I had to toss out entirely!!!! This answersmany of my questions as to why so many Burger King locations around Phoenix have closed recently. ** Oct 2021 Update ** Placedsome additional orders from this location since this incident (for which no one has ever responded to the issue) and havecontinued to have problems with my orders. The most recent order was for chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Both wereovercooked and in the case of the mozzarella sticks, all of the cheese had been cooked out of them so in essence I receivedbreaded husks that were burnt. Even though they close early and is a little inconvenient due to traffic, I am going to startgoing to the location on Cave Creek Rd where the service is better and my food is prepared better. Getting tired of the bad service here!!! @drive thru -Ordered single quarter pound king no onions, pickels, & mustard. Got... mustard... took it back inside. They through it away and remade it. Got the no mustard this time but they added the pickels andonions! Got passed and through the pickles and onions in the trash as I walked out. Really think I will be looking for adifferent location in the future. We were ordering almost daily and make it a habit to check before we leave because our orderis almost never correct!! Read more
