Went to pickup online order. Gave the Order # as stated on the instructions after placing order online. Of course, most of the... time they know nothing about the "Order #". I am required to give a name. Today was exceptionally bad: After I gave t heorder #, I had to give the name on the order. Then the clerk asked me what I wanted him to do about the order. I told him Iwanted it filled. I also reiterated that I had ordered 2 of the single quarter pounders without onion. When I got to thewindow, he asked me if I wanted the receipt. I said of course. When I received the 8 sandwiches I ordered, I asked how do Itell which burgers had no onions on them. He told me he didn't know. I checked all 6 burgers and none were marked with noonion. I asked him do all the burgers have onion on them. He told me he didn't know. He wouldn't even turn and check with theprep people. What is the purpose of following your online ordering if your stores do not know what to do with them? Read more

Love this spot my food is always fresh and hot they make me feel welcome every morning I come unlike the Jack In The Box across... the street those workers are very discriminate towards other people of color. I've gotten old food everytime I went there orthey'll try to find away not to serve you food by ignoring you when waiting at the counter to order food. Read more

When you use a coupon the food is somewhat reasonable. Otherwise it's about $4 for a large iced coffee! My kid is get it with no... ice so that you have more Java. Read more

Unfortunately, this is the one Burger King that has continually refused to serve me my order the way I would like it. The... management seemed put off because I asked for a special order. I purposefully asked for well done nuggets. Extra crispy.First, I like them that way and second if they are not cooked well then my teeth can't cut through them and they don't smellright. It just doesn't taste right having extra juicy nuggets barely cooked. It's just not cool that I have to take them homeand air fry them. So I will not go to this burger king location again. This location takes EBT if you are on stamps. Just make sure if you need to use the bathroom ASAP as soon as you buy something... you make sure that the manager hits the green button because they will forget Read more

This place seem to always get my order wrong. Twice in one day. I live near by. So I?m a regular here. So I?m always seeing new... people here. But also my fault for not checking my bag before I leave the drive thru :( Read more

Food okay but the soft serve I got was literally half way full 1.29 a peice. We're talking almost a dollar 50 for a 8 oz cup... that's barely filled halfway. ... I mean is what it is. I don't complain much. I try to reason with what could have been. Maybeshe was busy catching up on other work while no customers are there. Idk.. I ordered online, drive through was empty, took awhile for the order, she seemed to be in a poor mood but was polite in a politically correct way... September 22 2021 around 4:30pm I order at the drive-thru for my kids and i for a quick meal after school. Very disappointed... because it seems I've found a bite mark on the meat patty. I only noticed this because the tomatoes lettuce and onions weredisheveled on the Burger so I opened it up to place it on properly, this is when I notice the bite mark. I don't plan onreturning because I feel like I can't trust this establishment. I'm going back to get a refund. Yes I'm disgusted. If thiswas an honest mistake they should of replaced the meat patty knowing very well what this could look like to a customer. They'velost a customer. Thought I should share for the safety of others.
