Drive thru always has good customer service, never missing items.
As soon as I walked in I heard hurry and lock the doors and looked at me like I was a problem, they are at full staff and empty... so I don't see why they would lock the place. then they refused to honor the app coupon which was the whole reason I choseburger king and the bathrooms are closed. They made me and my wife wait. Because we were using codes...and the cashier ask me whats the code....gave her the codes...thin... she said she dont know how. The manager..is in the kitchen. We the problem that we had was they forgot part of our order and they got the other part of it wrong. We had to go inside to... have them fix the order round up staying till right about the time that they closed.
