Go to drive thru order French toast and has browns takes about 3 mins to cook fresh and yet I walk in 6 mins later my foods... sitting cold while she serves the drive thru and thinks I still wnat the cold food I wasted my time for my break and ended upnot eating thanks to the manager at burger King horrible service and company I won't be back . The food was good but the order was taken wrong by the cashier, who by the way it looked like he was spaced out and didn't care.... I've seen this scame locations like this have been pulling...say you order a number meal like a #1 but they will tell you we... don't have any drinks! ???? meanwhile they still want full payment! ???? eventhough they are giving you 1 less item!! I wonderhow many people fall for this and how much they have made, I exposed tacobell for this and now it's burger Kings time! People ifthey tell you this B.S just order single item and small or just go somewhere else where they are NOT essentially stealing fromyou! You get what you expect from fast food, but it does seem to taste fresher here than other burger kings I've been to. The only... issue I have is sometimes the orders are wrong, but not in the way you would think. The food itself would right, the amount offood sometimes isn't. But that's certainly not a deal breaker for me, the food is good and fast so I'll keep coming here for awhile. Read more

I must say that customer service goes a long way there was a manager in there by the name of "free" and she really has a... beautiful heart and Beautiful soul she was so positive so uplifting and seem to really just be enjoying life that goes a longway even at places like fast food restaurants thank you free your Burger King rocks I hope to see you again!! Earlier this morning I ordered on the drive thru. French toast sticks, hash, coffee and a croissant sandwich was what I had... order. I was the only car in the drive thru. So they didn't took much time to give me my order. As I was driving home I notice Ididn't get my crossoint sandwich, so I quickly turn back. Went into the restaurant to let them know I didn't get my sandwich,they had no comunication with me what so ever. Not even to let me know they were going to get started in making my sandwich 2min later they they had my sandwich. No one ever apologized for their mistake. To make things worst as I got home I noticethey also didn't give me syrup for my french toast sticks, or a coffee stir for my coffee.
