This place is hit or miss. More miss than hit. Tonight was a simple order of a coupon used and add cheese. They charged for the... cheese but didn't put it on and forgot to add the tomatoes that automatically come on the sandwich. The worker in DT wasn't evenwearing a headset but instead eating ice-cream between slowly doing her tasks. Pretty sure it was the manger who took my order.He was pleasant but I sat for 3 minutes before being greeted at the order box. This was still not my worst experience here. BTWI know the difference between short staffing and lazy staff. Manager was short staffed and spread thin. DT employee was lazy.Not even a Hello or have a good night. And No I didn't call. My wife and I both ordered Walker meals we added cheese and jalapenos to our order. We received 2 walkers that literally had... half the meat. The cheese was unmelted and the whole sandwich was cold. Ordered mozzarella sticks. Out of stock. Ordered sprite. Out of stock. Ordered 4 piece jalapeño popper bites instead of... mozzarella sticks. Only got three pieces. Ordered onion rings. Forgot to put them in the bag so I had to go through the drivethrough again. Asked what sauces I want and said ketchup. They don?t have ketchup. Ketchup!? Seriously. What are we doing here? I am the kind of person who can relate to the challenges of working in a fast food environment (did it when I was young). ... However my experience (at this Burger King) with the staff is incomprehensible. Simple order(s) which a 7 year old can takeand prepare seem to be too complicated for these employees. Not only does the majority of employees share in unprofessionalism but they lack enthusiasm and take zero pride in anything they do. I would have written in this review theissue with my order, however It doesn't matter. The same customer service will be given to any other person who visits. Iprefer to bring awareness to those who plan on eating here. I would have given this place no stars however, the lowestrating you can give is a one star which it doesn't even deserve. Wake up corporate!!!! Oh wait, they don't care. They areliving their lives so comfortably, why would it even cross their minds as long as the money keeps rolling in. The food prep workers are grown adults and instead of completing orders they are horseplaying. Orders are incorrect and they are... super focused on cleaning as if under the infulnece of something. My daughter fredused to eat her burgers due to them beingdrenched in mustard. The manager has no authority it seems he had kept reminding the 2 gentlemen and women to get on task. No tissue no ketchup no mayo . Over cooked fries and salty burger and chicken . Lazy service. Not going back, try the next... fastfood, that is why there is a long que at subway and starbucks. the fastfood here at Burger king is a bad experience fromservice to everything. do not even try, you waste your money and had a bad day. I?ve waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru a few times. I keep going because it?s near my home but won?t be going here... anymore. The owner of this franchise should hire all new employees or hire some more. Something needs to be done before theylose all their customers. Read more
