Few weeks back: I drove 15 minutes as I was craving a whopper. Store was closed. No signage posted anywhere, other people... getting out of their cars trying to go in but the door was locked in the middle of the weekday. Went today as the whoppercraving was back. No cars anywhere but the store was open. Walked in and was greeted by the foulest sewage stench. Nasty, Ishould have walked out but the whopper craving was strong. I ordered and specifically asked for a whopper with cheese. Great,sit there a few minutes breathing in the sewage and get my order. Drive home, no cheese. Ok whatever, eat the food and it wasthe nastiest whopper I've ever eaten. Will update when I start vomiting this afternoon. Read more
I'd give it zero but unable to. Just left after waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes. Just to hear the employees... complain why "they" keep messing with the credit card machine and the shift lead asking if I had cash. When I replied no. Iwas told they can't complete my order as their machine is down. Their inability to accept credit cards payments after taking myorder is their problem, but I left empty handed now in having to ensure I don't get charged and still figure out dinner. A great convenient location. This service is fast and efficient. Their food is consistently good. The prices are fair and even... better when you have a coupon. (They come in the mail often.) my preference is the chicken sandwich with fries and mozzarellasticks. Read more
ZERO star rate for me. ..wait time was ridiculous. Food was even more disappointing. Customer service was the cherry on the top.... This location is dead center of many business..business = employees = timely lunch break = money!! Not only today did I purchasemy meal, but costed me an extra 30 minutes over my lunch break ???? I used to have great experience every time at this place. Lately it is SUCH hit or miss, and I don't understand. Almost every... time I try to come here anymore they are closed. The Burger King location two miles away doesn't have these problems. I keepcoming here to try and support them and help keep them open but it's hard when no one is here to actually have it open. Was disappointed when I received a Bill of $19.30, for 2 Whopper?s & a frie today, I noticed there was No pricing on the board,... no specials listed So I guess they can charge what ever they want. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes. The computer ?froze? and she was to inept to complete the sale from a terminal. She kept... asking me for my one time use code, that disappeared after using. So much for fast food. Don?t go here, workers are incompetent. Read more
Normally this Burger King restaurant is fantastic. Maybe the day that I went they had trainees because the line was backed up... and it took quite a while for everyone's food. My Whopper had only a few pieces of lettuce on it and one tiny piece of onion andwithout the lettuce you know a Whopper looks flat and it looked like it could use some air. This is a Good Burger King but likeI said they probably had trainees that day but I will give it another try next week. Read more
