Just tried to go through the drive thru tonight, it's Thursday, at about 10:45pm and no one would respond. I even tried to drive... up to the window and knock on it to get someone's attention but they obviously don't pay attention. You're advertised to closeat 11pm... what a joke. Read more
Tried to order at window due to some heavy rain during the hurricane weather. Denied service because I did not use the intercom... to order. Won't go there again due to not only the denial but the attitude that was portrayed from this location. Read more
The girl, Grace, working at the drive-through, was super disrespectful to me. Her manner was very aggressive and not customer... friendly at all, my son who is special-needs, was speaking to me, and I was focusing on what he was saying since his words don?tcome out right and I figured he wanted me to get him something from the window, like a sauce or some thing, and she was justvery impatient, and I even looked at her and said to please not be rude . And she literally tosses me my order and my change andslammed the window in my face, this is no way that Burger King should be treating their customers and sadly to say I will not beback. The food and service at this location is good but shame on you for not supporting the Burger King app. Not a single location for... miles supports the app. If it?s the same owner for all of these locations then double shame for not supporting the app withmobile orders and delivery. I understand if you don?t want to honor the bundle pricing etc but allow people to order ahead orhave it delivered through the app. Read more
Every. Single. Time. My order has been messed up. It?s either incorrect or cold half the time the cheese is never melted. This... last time I ordered two double sausage Croissants with no egg. Got up to the window and was asked what I ordered. There was noone behind me and there was only one person ahead of me. I told them what I ordered. Got home and there was one correct croissant and the other had burnt bacon and two pieces of unmelted cheese. Went back to have them correct it and was givenattitude by both the counter person and the ?cook? they were not busy, really no reason for the order to be messed up aside fromnot paying attention. This was just the latest issue. We try not to go here unless it?s a last resort. Something is alwaysmissing or they dont out it together correctly. And they always give you attitude if you say something. I am always nice when Ido ever say something about my order being incorrect, I?ve been there worked fast food, but it?s become every time now there isan issue. Read more
I emphasized I didn't want dill pickles on my fish sandwich. Now I would generally give only one star. But was a tad upset and... returned with a bag of pickled fish sandwiches. I brought them inside and asked for manager and had him look at theirmistake. Being very apologetic he offered to give me something to compensate for their mistake. I declined and told him we wouldbe square by giving me what I ordered. Which they did,and the window person and the cook both came to apologize for the mistake.So I will give a 4star for making it right and showing that they were concerned and made it it right. The cheeseburger is seeming to get smaller and smaller. The chicken nuggets were the bright spot. Good flavor and only $1 for a... 10piece. The fries were cold after a 3min drive home. The spicy chicken sandwich was soggy and the lettuce was brown. Verydisappointing. Read more
