If it was possible to give a location negative stars this place would get it. The staff refused to make onion rings and denied... my wife an impossible whopper since it would take too long to make. They then called her dumb and charged her for onion ringsanyway while also refusing to give the drinks that were paid for until it was brought up. It's ridiculous that any staff memberanywhere thinks they can treat customers this way. Do yourselves a favor and if you think you want to visit this location clawyour eyes out instead. I stopped by and was greeted by an amazing staff, they made me feel welcomed and did all they could to give me an experience I... would not forget. From answering questions i had about some items, to giving me wonderful suggestions based on my type ofcraving. Tribble customer service. Basically nonexistent. Also Why is the kitchen staff being rude to the cashier? It's not... funny. Don't let the nice appearance fool you, it's not a good spot to come to. Terrible location. The staff consistently lies to customers and adds things to tickets that were not ordered. I ordered 1 meal... add cheese to the burger, and when I got to the drive through window, I was told my total was $27. They added an extra 6cheeseburgers to my order and were mad when I said I didn't order them. I got my corrected receipt and it didn't show the extracheese. I was handed my food and asked if there was cheese on my burger and I was told yes there is. The staff member offered tocheck for me just in case, so I said yes. They have their good and bad days but rather go here for lunch rather than breakfast. Hash browns are soggy all you can taste... the oil and have it on your lips for chapstick. This location lacks decent customer service skills. They would not honor my coupon code for any size iced coffee for one dollar.... They tried entering it several times then said this location doesn't take that coupon so I got the coffees anyway and I paidfull price. I ordered these through the drive through. After I drove off and took a sip I realized its bland no flavor they didnot put the hersheys sauce in it. That is what makes the whole drink. So I went back and went inside this time to ask for a cupof the hersheys sauce so I can put it in myself. The lady acted like she didn't even know why I wanted it at first when she'sthe one who made the drinks wrong in the first place. They acted like I was such an inconvenience to them. All I wanted was aproduct I paid for its not like I was asking for free stuff. They were extremely rude and lack empathy for their mistakes. Iwork retail so I know how the general population can be but I was in no way shape or form rude to them to be treated like that.I will never ever go to this location again the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE....There is no reason I should have been treatedthe way I did just because I was asking for something I paid for that they made incorrectly. As a driver, I?m always looking for a clean place I can stop and have a bite to eat as well as charge my devices. This location... is ideal for that because they have multiple outlets and the place was spotless. Customer service can improve a bit just bygreeting customers when they walk in but other than that staff was very polite. Read more
