If it was possible to give a location negative stars this place would get it. The staff refused to make onion rings and denied... my wife an impossible whopper since it would take too long to make. They then called her dumb and charged her for onion ringsanyway while also refusing to give the drinks that were paid for until it was brought up. It's ridiculous that any staff memberanywhere thinks they can treat customers this way. Do yourselves a favor and if you think you want to visit this location clawyour eyes out instead. Tribble customer service. Basically nonexistent. Also Why is the kitchen staff being rude to the cashier? It's not... funny. Don't let the nice appearance fool you, it's not a good spot to come to.
