Will you please stop trading this neighborhood with opening a location on every intersection. The quality of your food, service... and prices is unbearable. I?ve only visited this location once but man o man, they gave me every reason not to come back. Iordered fries for my 2 year old kid and it was ready in 5 seconds. Sure cold and sitting around for every. I asked to cook freshand they said this isn?t in n out. I asked for my money back and they refused. I?d not take it for free even if may I starve ofhunger. New restaurant but very unpredictable when it comes to their location hours. Was there last week at 745 PM but the restaurant... was closed when it was supposed to close at 8 PM. The drive thru was advertised to be closing at 9 PM but that was closed too.This given that the times displayed on Google was reviewed and updated by the owner few days ago only. 2nd time this hashappened with us in our last 3 visits here. Saw other customers also walk around the property looking confused as to why therestaurant was closed !!?? Was here since my toddler was super hungry and insisted on a BK meal & not somewhere else where wewere planning to go for dinner. 2nd time had to disappoint her where she now thinks that I trick her everytime when she asks fora BK burger. I love this burger king! The energy here ive got to say is so positive. I frequent this burger king more often now that they... have gotten rid of the girl in the glasses she was so angry and very abrupt with people the energy was so stifled but now itdifferent. My food seems hotter the air seems lighter. I'm always am greeted with friendly and warm welcome and how is your myday going and remember me with a welcome back today ill definitely be telling my family and friends to come to the 23rd Ave andhappy valley rd.
