Anthony was the rudest employee I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with in all my times at BWWs. There was a mishap... were our UberEats driver stole our food and when the new driver came to pick it up the Anthony said it had already been pickedup and that it wasn't their problem and we would have to call UberEats. We asked if they could reach out or start a new orderfor us and he began laughing at us. We asked what was funny and he continued laughing and saying it wasnt his problem. While weunderstand that as the restaurant they have limited control over UberEats, the fact that he was unhelpful and downright rude isabsolutely unacceptable. Read more
My friend and I got hungry at 2PM this Sunday. We decided on wings and decided to order a bundle on your App. We got the... bundle And it was going to be ready at 2:20pm. We went there after grabbing McDonald?s for her kids and when I arrived I wasgreeted by Justina. I told her I was here for an order for Axel. She confirmed my last name but my order was gone. It was notpending or being made it was gone. She said my order was ?misplaced? and she proceeding in having them make another. She said itwould be done In a few minutes. I went outside to inform my friend that our food was swiped. Two ladies walked past me from theback as I sat down to wait. I noticed they had a sign saying they had to certify phone number or name to pick up food, becauseof too many thefts. A few minutes quickly became 20. The girls that went out to throw trash I presume came back and we?re chitchatting. I asked one of them if I could get the corporate office number to which her reply was ?why?? I informed her my foodwas delayed as it was to be ready at 2:20 and it was now 2:46. I didn?t even get to finish my explanation to her question, whenshe uttered ?it was ready 25 minutes ago, we are remaking it now.? As she walked off, no eye contact or care. No apologies, noempathy, just a quick jab at me telling me it was ?ready?. I am sorry but I paid for it to be ready, I did everything in myresponsibility as a customer to purchase the product, I pod the take out fee. I even tipped them because it?s courteous to tipeven though they are not serving me. This mattered not to Sarah who I found out was the GM later. Justina came back to me withthe food and I told her that Sarah was very rude. Justina had a manager name tag so I advised her that Sarah was short with mewhen asking a question. Great costumer service. Cashier answered all of our questions with patience. Helped us order our meal and explained how long it... would take. Good size & taste on wings. A little more sauce would be great. Eat the fresh quickly (shoestring), pretty good hotthough. Like the advertisement on the windows. May try something else soon. Read more
I am not giving 2 stars for taste, my score has to do with the incompetence of the very friendly staff. I know that sounds like... an oxymoron but it's true. The staff is very friendly and pleasant yet my order was still wrong. I called ahead asked for 30wings NO SAUCE, EXTRA CRISPY, SAUCE ON THE SIDE yet what I ended up with was 10 SOGGY TERIYAKI WINGS, 10 SOGGY LEMON PEPPERWINGS and 10 SOGGY GARLIC PARM WINGS. Now correct me if I'm wrong those 2 orders DO NOT sound anything alike. Unfortunately, Ido not drive and my Lyft was already outside waiting when I cane to pickup my order and realized the order was incorrect soneedless to say I couldn't wait to make a fuss and get a do over. I got the sauces on the side as well and had to go home andre-prepare the wings so they could get crispy which totally defeated the purpose of me ordering to begin with...HELLO I DIDN'TFEEL LIKE COOKING! With that said and no thanks to BWW, after washing off the barely there sauce, seasoning, re-frying andre-saucing the wings they tasted great. Super upset with my visit today. We order from here at least once or twice a week minimum. However my visit today was horrible.... The young man who I believe is the manager of that shift was extremely extremely disrespectful. My order was for the first timewrong and definitely not what I paid for, the manager was disrespectful and my order for pick up was 38 minutes behind thescheduled pick up time. A terrible experience with pick-up. Actually, several bad experiences. But this is the closest BWW to our home. Super... unwelcoming. It felt like an inconvenience for me to ask for a bag for my large order of 4 boxes of boneless wings. Overcharged us 3 times for a single order and refused to refund us. They told us to go through our credit card company if we wantedour money back. The only reason for the extra star is that their boneless Flamin? There is so much unused lot space at this location; really wish they should have done a full on restaurant instead of a small... take out. We went inside to order our to-go and the staff was horrible. The two ladies taking orders were not welcoming at allthey made us feel like they were being bothered and both looked angry with attitudes. They forgot our fries and sauces. Many times my order has been incorrect. Also the time for pick up is always wrong just double it or more. I really wanted this... place to be successful but I don't see it being open long term. Bad service and food seems subpar vs other locations. Update11/22/2022- I decided to go and buy a sauce for dipping and they sold me an expired one expired (may of 2023) see attachedpicture.
