This place hasn't gotten a lot better the past half year. For awhile me and my family would go to the Happy Valley location... because the food was better there, but the last 2 times we came to the Metro location the burgers were great and stayedtogether. Location is surrounded with homeless people, felt a bit worried about my car outside. Was close to a convention so we chose to... eat here. Nice people inside but having people order by app will give me no incentive to tip the wait staff. Food was good andhot. Read more
Came around 2pm today. Waited to be seated for 5+ minutes in an empty restaurant. There were 2 other tables of patrons seated.... Just 2. While being seated the hostess let us know about the QR code ordering system. My fiance and I looked at eachother and weshould have known that was how our service would be. Our server then in passing asked us if we knew about the QR code. Weimmediately knew to be served and properly waited on would be not probable. Our server then watched us from the nearby corridorlike she was waiting for us to take our phones and do her job for her. We promptly left when we realized we were there for 10-15minutes and weren't even served or asked about beverages. At 2pm? On a Friday? If I wanted to order on an app I would have. I?ve been here many times & tonight was by far one of the worst experiences I?ve had. Our party of 3 was seated at 8pm. Drinks... (3), appetizers (1) & our meals (2) were ordered no later than 8:15. When the server brought our drinks out every soda that wasordered was flat. We let it go as we just figured maybe the co2 needed to be replaced. Another round of soda brought out, stillflat. We let the server know they were flat & his response was ?Did you want me to add some soda water? It?ll be the samething.? My husband & I looked at each other & before we could even respond he walked away & said ?let me go check on that.? butnever returned to our table. By around 8:45 we were finally brought our appetizer & a kids meal. Our server walked by multipletimes doing rounds on his other tables & making sure they had full drinks & everything was ok but still we sat waiting forsomething to be said to us. Finally around 9pm I stopped him & asked how much longer it would be on the wings we ordered aseveryone who was seated after us was already getting their food but we were still waiting. He responded very rudely w/ ?yeahthey are a little backed up back there you know but Ill go check on that.? He walked to the back, comes out with a tray of foodbut again it?s not ours. We wait until about 9:15 in hopes our food will finally make it out to us but again our server neverreturns to our table with an update & our food is never brought to us. I again stop him asking if we can just get our check sowe can go. And again he proceeds to rudely respond ?Your check for what?? I respond w/ ?for whatever we were served? & he justlooks at me & walks away. Our whole hour plus visit was spent wondering when or if our server/food was ever going to make itback to our table. BWW used to be in my top 5 for wings. No longer. Not even top 10. The wings were so small for what the price I paid. Flavors are... still good. Our server was friendly and fast...thank you for that. Sewer smell by the bathroom/front entrance was off putting. Iwill order something other than the wings next time. Which is pretty bad for having wings in the name.
