When we arrived, my 1st impression was better than expected. Place is clean and is spacious. Various arcade games, they have a... bar with billiards. Took my boys for bowling. All good except was placed with another 6 person group so area was pretty tightwith all men in both groups. Food is pricey to feed boys. Did spend about $200.00 to accommodate 6 boys with 2 hours of play,shoes, and food. We went on a Monday and used a Groupon as well. So could have been much more. Read more
While the lanes may not be in pristine condition at all times, they aren?t bone dry either. Whatever the lane conditions may... possibly lack the Christown Bowlero Staff makes up for in accommodation, attentiveness and integrity.. the customer service isfantastic and they always go it if their way to make sure their guests are happy and taken care of. We hosted a little birthday party for our son this evening at Bowlero Christown and it was PERFECT!! It was super easy to set up... online and within a few days they had reached out to confirm and see if I needed any help. When we arrived tonight they got uschecked in and had an awesome set up for our food and drinks. About an hour into bowling they brought out our food and made surewe had what we needed. Top notch, friendly service. They even kept our cake in their fridge for us when we dropped it off a fewhours prior. Overall a wonderful, fun experience. Bowlero brings back memories of bowling as a kid. The place was contemporary and clean. The food was typical bowling alley far.... It is a family destination as they have the amenities like games, pool tables, lane bumpers, and a bar for adults. The onlyconcern was the balls were badly in need of replacement. Read more
I had a great experience at this location. Hosted a birthday party for my sister and all of the staff were sweet and came up to... us every so often to ask if there was anything we needed. We called and they told us we didn't need a lane reservation because everything was open. We got there 10 minutes after the... phone call and it was booked. We had to wait an hour. Then, the lane we had kept freezing, giving us wrong scores and notsetting up the pins correctly. We ended up having to switch lanes and that other lane still didn't give correct scores. The foodwas alright and drinks were good. We still had a good time but it's not a bowling alley that I would recommend. Read more
