We came to celebrate our dad/grandfather's birthday on Veterans Day evening and had reserved a lane but neglected to mention the... reason for our visit. The staff set up our lane with lovely decorations anyways and were so lovely and kind when we asked tochange our sign to reflect a happy birthday message. We had a slight snafu with our food order but the staff immediatelycorrected this and made sure we got the correct items. Lastly we received a beautiful card from management and staff,specifically Jenifer, Jeremy, and Michael, thanking us for our visit. We'd also like to recognize our bartender that evening, Ibelieve her name was Alina, for being just totally wonderful. We were so touched by the extra effort of everyone to make ourdads night special and the kindness that we are so excited for future visits. Highly recommend this bowling alley! Read more
I brought my family here today at around 610; we live in the neighborhood, and we just wanted to bowl. I felt so taken aback by... the Service received when we were told we wouldn?t be able to play and tried to inquire more information. I attempted to obtainmore information, but the lady at the counter with glasses (Jennifer) was not very helpful and seemed like we were more of aburden. I understand leagues take priority over general customer play but trying to get a cognitive understanding of when wecould family bowl was the goal. However, we were pretty much pushed out; it?s kind of hard to support a local establishment whenthis is the kind of service that you would receive. Read more
The place is really clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Came on Saturday afternoon and was able to get a lane quickly. My... four year old was given some arcade cards to use which was very nice. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because our lanewas acting weird not dropping pins or dropping them with some falling down. My 4 year old got a strike when she didn't evenbowl. Maybe I am bitter I lost to a toddler but the machines need some fixing. Other than that I would highly recommend toanyone who wants some quality family fun that everyone can enjoy! This is a fantastic place for bowling, it was not crowded. Other than that we had a good time, it has become a little more... costly to bowl but it is a great entertaining sport for the whole family. We Love coming to Phoenix to bowl, phoenix has betterbowling facilities than tucson. We highly recommend this bowling alley. We hope those reading this review find it helpful. Read more

We had a fun time here. This was our annual bowling tournament and we usually hold it at the old Thunderbird location. I had... multiple people say they like this location much better and that the food was even better. The microphone did not work very wellwhile we were announcing winners to various drawings but overall it was a fun time for the group. We will definitely be backnext year as long as they do not raise the prices like they did this year. It is hard to make money for a charity in a bowlingtournament and raising prices makes it even more difficult. Read more
