The employees were very helpful and patient. The food was excellent. A/C was out, but it was being addressed. Workers... apologized even though they were uncomfortable also. Fans were brought in for comfort, which I felt was above and beyond. Read more

NOO!!!!!!. I had two three piece meals with two sides it came out to $27. The chickens were so small. I had thighs they look... like little leg pieces. The manager said that his chickens are young chickens and they are about a pound a piece and that's thewhole weight of the old chicken. The sides were Bland. I will never come back to Boston Market again. I thought after years andtrying to hold on to their business they would improve their flavor and food quality. But that is a NO!!! Here in the Phoenix area for business. Eating out gets old. Boston Market was a nice change of pace, with a feeling and taste of... almost homemade; without going to a sit down restaurant. It was easy to order from their online app. My order was hot and readyfor my pick up at the time they stated it would be ready. Tried the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts with baconcombo. Although the meatloaf doesn't look super appetizing, it was surprisingly good! Customer service was great too! Read more

Went in to order and this place literally had nothing no red dill potatoes was told we don't serve those anymore everything... looked like it had been sitting in the cold trays all day they chicken was not fresh either it was sitting in a metal traynothing looked appetizing yukk how do let this store represent your company? like thats just gross if I wanted cafeteria foodI'd go back to school omg don't go here if you want good fresh roasted chicken not sure what they are doing at this place butit's definitely gross!!
