In terms of performance: very poor customer service, attention to detail of my order, employees having side conversations,... entire crew lacked urgency to their duties. Walking zombies and an employee training the cook. I ordered larger order ofrotisserie chicken and received a small order of nuggets. I rarely do this but their needs to be some kind of accountability.Like with everything, it starts from the top. I won?t return here, very disappointing. Nobody answered the phone for a curbside pickup so I had to go in (it looked pretty dead in there so not sure why that... happened). A few things were missing from my order so I had to go back in for them. It has been about 2 1/2 years since we have been to Boston Market. We finally visited! Staff was great, chicken was as good as... ever BUT... After you purchase a drink you make your way around to the drink dispensers and find that half of the sodas are notavailable and the lemonade and tea dispenser off to the right is out of order. You have to ask for napkins, honey, butter,barbecue sauce, and pepper. Many trips to the counter. No more trays either, no plates, and had to balance the cups and two foodcontainers to the table. The quality of the sides are not the same! The gravy for mash potatoes was very watery and lackedflavor, corn muffins cold and dry, and the worst was my favorite and what I have been craving for years.... The cream spinach. I am not being sarcastic or exaggerating when I say it tasted like hay or some type of grass! I eat spinach salads almost everyday. That was NOT spinach! If it was, it was the worst spinach ever! Terrible gas and fast drive home to the restroom! Fivestars for the chicken, four stars for the staff, and zero Stars for the sides. It's not the same Boston Market from before 2020. The chicken was okay but the gravy was very watery. The mashed potatoes were... good, but the creamed spinach tasted like grass or hay. There was only one set of salt and pepper in the dining area, I guessyou have to share but since we were the only dine in patrons that wasn't a problem. It was very sad to see that this restauranthad changed so much. Read more
Service was a little slow. Buy the food came out hot. The staff was nice and apologized for how long it took.
Not busy but don't listen to get your order right... have to ask for sides like corn bread that come with meals. Trash... overflowing (again, no other customers even at the tables). Had to go back and ask for napkins & condements. Food was farehowever my cornbread was ice cold. Read more
Went to pick up Thanksgiving meal today. Told us they canceled all orders. Gave me no email notice. Very angry. We will never... go there again. Thanks for ruining my Thanksgiving. Read more
