This is the slowest service I have ever seen. The longer the line got the slower the staff moved. Should not take 10 minutes to... make a single drink. There were 3 people in front of me and I waited for 15 min before leaving. All the customers are lookingaround wondering what is going on here. You guys need to move faster! Read more
Maybe take the open 24 hours sticker off the door since it's not open at 3am like I thought it would be. Total bummer but this... location is by far the best one I've been to. Best donuts in AZ HANDS DOWN! Service is sometime slow but the donuts are top notch! Always my go to for a sweet treat!
Omg! I haven't seen the slower person in my life than the young tiny girl with glasses that works here!! It took her 21 minutes... to make 2 smoothies and 2 boba tea. While working on that order there is no appologize to people waiting in line, or just say"I'll be with you" or say anything. This girl didn't even look at the store front and people waiting.
