Very quick service and always good products. Drinks are tasty and not filled to the brim with ice, donuts are great for the... price and much much better than Dunkin Donuts. I am not the one to ever leave a comment on any restaurants or anywhere I go. But the customer service I got tonight was... horrible. I asked the lady to give me 3 donuts and a caramel ice coffee. When I got to the window. The lady had given me 4donuts and a drink that tasted like milk with whoop cream. I told her this is not what I asked for. Didn’t even made theattempt to get my order right and just demanded the money right away. All she did. Was smile and kept saying sorry. What kind ofservice is this. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Stumbled into this place when we just needed a drink. We got strawberry and mango smoothie with boba (adds $1 each) and a dozen... of donut holes totalling about $14. The taste is really average not really the authentic Asian boba tea. The boba was broken upand not chewy. $6 for one drink might as well get the authentic one. Read more
Delish donuts here! Love their buttermilk donut. There are some cons though at this location.. 1. menu is worn out at the drive... thru, you can’t read anything clearly and it does not list price. Almost makes you think it is closed. I also wish they hadcream cheese muffins which are offered at other locations.
