Our family has been coming to this Blimpie location for over 20 years. Both Cal and Neil have done a wonderful job managing this... store! They always greet us with a smile and provide the highest level of service. Since my divorce and having lost all contactwith our kids, I haven't stopped by for awhile. Looking forward to a visit soon. Best wishes to the Tatum & Shea Blimpie team! Read more

Kal and Neil are awesome, everytime I?ve been here the experience has been great. I work across the street so I?m come in here... decently often. Blimpie is a childhood staple to me so I?d choose them over subway, Jimmy johns, etc. any day. However? the newstaff they?ve hired, holy Jesus, man. They?re not very good. Enough to where I?d rather not go unless it?s kal and/or Neilworking. They?re younger kids around my age so I?d like to give them a chance, but when I go in, I order my sandwich and theyalways end up making it mostly to completely different then what I?ve asked for. Different meat or cheese, I?ll ask for Mayo andthere?s no Mayo, I?ll say no bacon but they?ll put bacon. And It?s not that they can?t hear me, I talk really loud and I standon my toes so I can speak above the glass to avoid this issue. But every time. It?s wrong. Over. And over. So I just feel likethey?re choosing what they?d like to hear. They gotta step up their game or I won?t come in if those two are working. Read more

This is the first open Blimpies I've ever seen out West!. It's an east coast started sub chain(Hoboken NJ, Sinatra's... birthplace)and I used to go in Baltimore. I had the regular size "Blimpie" sub(turkey, roast beef, salami, cheddar, veges onparm roll). Let me tell you: there was alot of delicious meat, the most I've ever had on a regular size sub. The total tastewas great with the fresh veges by submaker Garrett. I got the meal deal with chips. cookie and raspberry tea. This may be thebest sub value in Phoenix metro and the best sub I've had in Paradise Valley. Blimpie is right behind the Superpumper gasstation in Paradise Valley center at Shea and Tatum. Read more

Great food, but one of the two sandwich makers was not wearing a mask. Isn't it mandates for all restaurants employee who... interact with the public to wear a mask?? Read more

Go to another location. Apparently this location is the only one that doesn't have the right equipment to toast your entire sub.... They toast the bread, and melt everything else in the microwave. The way this locations makes them, you could save the money andmake it yourself at home. Horrible customer service and I even asked them why the bacon was mushy, but just got looked at Read more

Poor girl behind the counter working alone the last few times I've been in. I've watched multiple people come in and leave due... to the wait. It's so bad, in fact, that I submitted my online order an hour ago, came in, saw the wait and that my order hadn'tbeen completed. Said no problem, went around the corner to Walgreens and picked up a few things and came back, and it stillisn't done! I thought I'd be clever this time and submit an online order, since last weekend when I came by I left without asandwich because the wait was so long. That's alright, as I continue to wait I'm able to write this comprehensive review. Ireally don't like to complain. I'm also a small business owner and I know these things can be hard. But this location has beenso bad on multiple occasions that I feel compelled to let others know to find a different place if you want a quick sandwich.Ordinarily I'd just leave. But I asked if I could cancel my order to help her out and lighten her queue, but she said not reallyshe'd have to call her manager and it would be a big thing. So now I literally have to wait for a sandwich. That's okay I'lljust keep waiting and writing some more. Well, now they close at 2 pm and she started working on another large order. I askedabout my sandwich and she said she wasn't sure when she would be able to get to it. She's the only one working. So I said okayplease cancel it I'll figure out a refund on my own. She said I could contact her manager, Tiffany, which I suppose I will dotomorrow. Read more
