I?m not sure what all the excitement is about this place. Ordered an iced white mocha and it tasted EXACTLY the same as an iced... coffee with a little cream and sugar. I asked them if they had actually made the right drink and they said they had. It wasclearly just coffee vs. espresso, as there were no espresso shots pulled from a machine. TLDR: The phone isn?t answered live so you can?t reach anyone. Drinks are not labeled so you don?t know what they are. (Knowing... which drink is sugar free or not is VERY important). We ordered two drinks. One is a SUGAR FREE, strawberry flavored drink. Theother is NOT sugar free, and is watermelon flavored. The cups are not marked so we don?t know which drink is what for sure. Ifyou call the store phone number listed on Google maps, the message at any store?s location state that ?messages go the storemanager, and will be returned the next day.? As a food service company, that there a lot of important reasons why you may wantto be able to be contacted right away about your product. (Spoiled product, contaminated product, foreign objects in product,etc). In this case, one has sugar and the other doesn?t. That?s very important if someone isn?t able to have sugar. Omggg!!!!! First time here and let me tell you the coffee was on point my plain bagel with cream cheese was warm with cream... cheese already applied!!! What?!? Cream cheese was like a fluff of goodness!!! I asked for coffee not so strong and she hookedme up!! The guy at the window super friendly and nice!! I will def be back!!!!
