First with the bad, the food is overpriced for what you get. I\'ve been to better Asian restaurants around the valley. The... salmon nigiri was good but thinly sliced for being $15 for 2 pieces. We also had the spicy citrus roll which was okay because itdidn\'t have any balance to the spice or yellow fish and salmon. The lobster tempura was far too greasy and mushy to beappetizing. The ramen was okay, you can find better ramen for a better price too. The noodles were overcooked and the meat wastoo dry. The gyoza was good though.\n\nThe service from the sushi bar and the waitress was lovely. They were very helpful andattentive. Read more

Celebrated our 15th anniversary. Great menu selection and service. Delicious cocktails. Try the cod butter lettuce cups. Ramen... was legit. Sashimi flavor and quality was average, hence 4/5 stars. Read more

Delicious Asian fusion cocktails and bites. The pandan cocktail packed a citrusy punch with a nice pandan finish. The steak... tartare was my favorite. It reminded me of the flavors in fresh poké. The sushi rolls were inventive and tasty especially thespicy citrus. The miso cod lettuce wraps were also a hit on our table. I would skip the haianese chicken. It was more like friedchicken with a sweet chili sauce on it. Read more

The food here was delicious! You know the type of delicious where you don\'t want to eat it so fast and kind of cherish the... flavor. It was that good. The Chilean sea bass was perfectly cooked with the nice sear on the outside, and the tuna cut roll wasone of the best rolls I\'ve ever had. I\'ll definitely be coming back to this place. The whole staff were polite and attentive, especially our server/bartender.....she definitely made our dining experience that much better with her recommendations. Read more

For the price point of the food, I expected better service.\nI did not feel comfortable there. Right away the hostess did a... poor job of greeting us. Then, the waiter made my experience there displeasing. The way I would describe his energy; it washis first day on the job and he was still learning how to interact with his guests. He was nervous, anxious, and hyper. Now ifit was his first day, I am typically understanding of new hires, but not at a restaurant with your prices. My recommendation isto give your staff more training on service and hospitality. From an outside perspective, the restaurant is well lit andbeautifully decorated, but the staff took away from the ambience of the restaurant.\n\nEdit: I dropped it to one star, becausemanagement never responded. Love, love, love! We would always go to Biltmore Fashion Park for shopping and enjoy their excellent restaurant selection. We... thought they were missing an Asian concept, and BAM! The beautiful Japanese-American Obon Bisutoro popped up.\n\nUpon arrival,General Manager Frances greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome into the newly constructed space. The decor isupscale but not stuffy, and the staff was so friendly! Our waitress Taylor was so helpful and knowledgeable with the menu itemsand gave great recommendations. We ordered the following:\n\n- Yuzu Yellowtail Crudo\n- Garlic Fried Chicken\n- Spicy GarlicNoodles with Northern Chinese spices, black vinegar, cucumber, and blanched yu choy\n- Steak Rice Bowl with the prime skirt, fresh wasabi, egg yolk, caramelized onion, and enoki.\n- Lobster Roll and Whitefish Roll\n- Espresso Martini\n- Black VelvetCake\n\nAll of our choices were delicious! Chef Paulo knows how to curate a menu, which shows in this concept. Please go checkit out and give support to this new locally owned restaurant! Read more

One of the Biltmore\'s newest spots which brings a series of high end Asian to the Arcadia area including sushi and ramen. ... Mainly specializing in Japanese, the bamboo and teak wood accents dotted with snake plants and other greenery give a Zen, spa-like vibe throughout. This restaurant\'s speciality drinks revolve around Japanese whiskey which isn\'t common to see. Twoof their best cocktails we had for the evening are the black dragon and kung-fu pandan. The black dragon being a Japanesewhiskey type of old fashioned, with amaro and bitters, but the strength of the whiskey and bitters is turned into a smoothfinish with black sesame, which paired great with the sea bass. The pandan is a rosé vodka based drink which was dangerousbecause you\'d think you were drinking a non alcoholic tea it was so smooth. The ume mule is a plum whiskey base with yuzucitrus and ginger beer and is a good starting drink to have alone or with appetizers. The yuzu yellowtail was a refreshingappetizer to start with, having thin sashimi cuts with citrus-y yuzu and micro greens. The schezhuan chicken is dry spiced andamazing as is, though you can order sauces to pair it with. The chicken used are oyster pieces which have a lightly crunchyoutside and are plump and juicy inside, and unlike other places, which can have inconsistent, smaller pieces be hard, dry andoverly crisp, each piece on the plate was delicious start to finish and consistent in texture, juiciness and thickness. TheChilean sea bass was light and flakey with a mild sauce that complimented the fish without overwhelming it, and the Koreanharvest bowl is a vegetarian style bibimbap that is very aromatic and flavorful. A pretty rare dish that isn\'t seen often inrestaurants was the Hainanese chicken rice which is a part of this menu. Originating from Hainan, China, it is a staple ofhouseholds in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, and, for those of you who are Asian, it\'s just like the chicken rice yourSingaporean aun Read more
