Horrible attitudes by the staff. The waitress that helped our table wouldn?t even make eye contact. She was very rude and... couldn?t be bothered. I informed her that the air vent that was directly over us at our table was full of water droplets andkept dripping on us and I wanted to move tables. She then said No, she asked me to get up from my chair so she can stand on itto wipe the vent. She gets off the chair and wipes it down with the same rag and proceeded to wipe down the table with the samerag again. Doing all this with an attitude. I wanted to leave that moment but my mom being too nice convinced me to stay. So ourfood came out and the order was wrong. We still didn?t complain and just paid and left. I gave it 2 stars because the attitude of the employees, the act like if you owe them something even without ordering yet, plus... I ordered two birrias, to go . They were one inch down from top of the container and like 2 inches of broth and half way of meatit's a rip off. Their food is good. But no their "ladies" I am a woman I don't go there to see the ladies I go there to eat. Butthey don't even look at you when you are ordering or paying. Service could be better just tell their employees to be nicer. Theyare not making us a favor. It is a win win service, probably they are not trained to serve. Read more
Call 3 times to place an order and pick up. But the 3 times they put me on hold 15 minutes total an hour. I thought it was very... busy and when I got to the establishment they didn't have enough work. It seemed one of those days that there is very littlework and the employees don't care. The food is delicious but for this type of employee the customers ended up opting for otheroptions. 1:00 pm 8/09/2022 they gave me a very silly excuse and a customer who was waiting for her order told me that she waspresent when the phone rang and the employee left it at the counter. it was great! we tried the chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, jr breakfast and tacos everything was delicious. We will be going back... to try more stuff!???? the only down is that because it's great tasty food they're busy! Read more
This place has absolutely delicious birria! It is so tasty and the portions are generous on to-go orders. They have the original... birria which is made with chivo (goat meat) as well as beef. The goat birria is delicious and not gamy at all. If you're stillhesitant about chivo, go for the beef. They have two locations but this one on Thomas has better tasting food. Even my kids cantell when I don't pick up from Thomas and 35th Ave. Read more
Wife ordered the chilaquiles plate. Food was COLD! eggs crispied, jad to peel off the brown overcooked part leaving little egg.... I ordered the Obregon shredded beef plate. My food too was COLD! The only thing hotter than the plate was our coffee and it wasgood. Salsas were on point with the heat tho. That's all. Will not return here again. Plus yes the service was no bueno! Read more
