I would put 0 stars, the reason was that yesterday Saturday, November 20 at 4.30 pm, I picked up a birthday cake from my... daughter, oreo Ice cream cookie, my cake only had one cookie sandwich, in its original photo it has 6, as you will understand Itis ridiculous, I talked to the manager of this store and I made stupid excuses, honestly this store has a manager of the worst,it does not know how to treat customers, it is rude, it is honestly not prepared to handle this type of business, unpresentable. This place is a classic taste of Americana! They easily have the best ice cream around and their signature pralines and cream is... amazing. Their ice cream cakes make any party special. Went in with my kids (age 8 & 5). Punk kid behind the counter said we had to go b/c we didn't have masks on. We asked if they... had some and we would be happy to wear them. We were told no, and then told we could not order and had to leave. We will not beback. Ever! *We use to go to this location frequently as they have non dairy ice cream. Read more
