The pizza was among the best I?ve ever had. The wings were really good. And their service was fantastic.
The lady(s) on the call were laughing to the core while taking my order and it was so embarrassing on the other side of the call... to keep repeating the order details but all she did was laugh at me with their colleagues accompanying her. Not sure what was sofunny but it almost seemed like they were making fun of me or someone else. Very unprofessional and totally not acceptable. Thisbasic work ethics is expected to be adhered to when you are in a service industry. They missed half of my order and I had tocall them back to complete the order. Not to mention both the Pizzas which I ordered were bellow average in taste and flavour.Will never visit this place again. Read more
Pizza is great, all ingredients blend in well and they are not shy on cheese. Could be a bit friendlier. I arriv'd at shift... change or might have been my appearance, either way no complaints on the pizza and I will return. Forgot to ask if there was amilitary discount, maybe next time, I did not want to be any more scarier to the little girl. Read more
First time here. We had a meat pizza with added mushrooms. This place was super busy for a Tuesday Night which made for super... fresh hot pizza! Love the fluffy original crust! Can't wait to try more flavors! Read more
One of, if not - THE ORIGINAL location - and still doing great. Who doesn't love Barro's? If you're local, then you grew up... going here after high school football and little league baseball games. They have great lunch specials and this location has apretty good salad selection. Everyone in my family has their favorite day; mine is Saturday and their Kona Pizza. Read more
Ordered chicken wings. Received quarter sized chicken. And not to mention there wasn't a dozen in the order. Called and... talked to a gentleman that claimed to be a manager and then passed it off on the distributor that they didn't deliver the normalsize chicken. But the chicken is less than quarter size and there are less than 12. He said hold I'll get my manager when themanager came on the phone I asked the other gentleman said he was the manager, his reply, I'm sorry sir he is not I'm sorrythere is nothing I can do but still charge you $15.00 for the chicken. But they are less than a quarter size. I'm beyond words. This is a first at this place now we have 16 year old kids acting as managers blaming the supplier. I usually like coming to this location. I ordered an XL pizza and waited 50 minutes, seeing they were busy. Then finally asked... the gentleman and about our order and they had to remake it. Unsure what happened but I will not be returning to this location.I usually come out of my way just because the staff is great. Bummer that has changed. Read more
