This is the worst location, from the food to the customer service. Order not done correctly, requested well done. Pizza... delivered, and wasn't well done. Pizza resent then it was burnt. Attempted to call in an order instead of doing it online sincethey messed up the previous time. Was told that my order didn't meet the minimum amount for delivery, yet when placing sameorder online the minimum is met. Spoke to the manager and was told to then place the order online, obviously I wanted to call inthe order for a reason. I will stick to the Tempe location. Read more

Good but not great, Medium Meat Lovers Pizza ok but also had 6 Buffalo boneless Wings .. a bit soggy and the celery looked... scary. This location is also showing signs of wear ? could only recommend it for a quick lunch Read more
If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! This establishment is running a money scheme. I paid almost 50 dollars for food that I... never got! I made a payment over the phone for delivery and provided my card info just for the young lady to tell me she?ll needmy card info again because the payment ?didn?t go through?. As soon as I was getting ready to give my card info again, I got anotification from my bank that payment was taken from my balance. I explained this to her and the manager Josh. The only thingoffered was to take ANOTHER PAYMENT!!! They expected me to pay 90 dollars for a large pizza and 24 wings so that they can makequota or show in the income of this establishment. Who has 45 dollars to throw away when gas is nearly 50 dollars a gallon! Itried contacting corporate and haven?t received any feedback! I will NEVER give this place another red cent and I adviseeveryone to proceed with caution because this is something that has happened before! Read more
Always a favorite, especially during lunch. You can't beat the lunch specials! I'm a fan of the 2 slices and a drink under... $6.00!! Loaded with cheese and pepperoni!! I'm stuffed again! Oh, and bonus, they have Mountain Dew!! Been visiting Barro'ssince the early 80's when I went to their first location by Dobson High School. Still loving it 30+ years later! Read more
Lots of toppings and great flavor. However, cooked terrible. Not sure how you could end up with soggy, undercooked thin crust... but they did just that. Unfortunately it ruined the overall pizza. UPDATE 03/08/22: Corporate & local Management reached out tome regarding my original review above. They were sincere and straightforward to rectify the situation, and offered me a 50%discount on a reorder so they could "make it right." I must admit they did just that professionally and where it counts, mypizza cravings. I actually ordered the same pizza again and it was great. I came for our office as usual do once a week. The pizza was great as usual. But the customer serive was horrible. The cashier... look mad that I order 4 lunch specials . She told me to box my own pizza. And I ask her for bag for my pizza and ranch . Sheput the bag on the counter and just moved on to the next customer. Read more
