First time here. Worst experience in a long time. Ordered a simple pepperoni and waited 45 minutes. Still no pizza. Went and... asked if it was forgotten; was told was in the oven. 15 minutes later still no pizza. Asked for my money back and left. Noapologies or anything. Growing up in Arizona, Barro's was the place to go to for pizza, that was like 10 plus years ago, and it is still one of the... best! I ordered Barros for the first time since moving back to the valley and it was so delicious! The wings were big and hadlots of flavor, and the hot wing pizza was incredible! Alittle spicy but so good! I ordered online and it was an easy processand my pizza was done in the time frame it stated. It was takeout so I didn't really get to stay and check out the insideseating but it looked very clean. Definitely a great place for pizza and wings! Always a classic! Read more
Tonight me and my family ordered over the phone for pick up got there right at 35 mins like they said. myself and my kids... decided to eat in and our food still wasn?t ready. I waited in a booth for our food, told employee Taylor we be seated andwaited another 30mins. Walked up to counter to ask if our food was ready and they asked what I ordered And they tried to chargeme a second time, and that they forgot about us. when we did get our food the wings were cold and hard. First, and foremost, we enjoy the food at Barro's Pizza. This rating is ONLY based on a management decision. We ordered a Pizza... based upon a Coupon that we received indicating that we could get One Large Pizza with One Topping for FREE. We ordered thePizza and upon payment we noticed that we were charged $3.20 for the Chicken Topping. The young lady getting our orderunderstood what we were asking because we couldn't locate anything on the Coupon that excluded Chicken from being a FREETopping. The young lady went and asked Management who she referred to as B.J. and came back and said "that do to the cost ofChicken they had to charge us the $3.20 plus tax." Her eyes began watering up and I said it's not your fought. We purchased thePizza and other items but felt it was unfair. We could have a large family or represent several organizations that literallyorder lots of Pizza year after year. A decision such as this makes us wonder. Stopped in today around 4:30pm, was fairly busy, ordered online and had a slight wait, no big deal. The girls working at the... front were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. One of the girls was on the phone with a horrendous customer, screaming ather, about a pizza not being ""perfect"" and about the weight of cheese. As a person who has worked at a pizza place, I hadnothing but sympathy for her. The other girl had to deal with an extremely rude lady carrying her toddler yelling about how"everyone is waiting for food, no one needs help" when she said "I can help the next person". Customers can be so entitled anddisgustingly rude, it's a business and most places are severely short staffed in general, learn some proper manners. The pizzawas amazing. I ordered a Gluten Free Spicy Southwestern pizza and I didn't get sick! I have a severely sensitive immune systemand have Celiac disease so I get sick very easily from cross contamination. I forgot to add "gluten allergy" on my order to beextra cautious but they handled it really well. My husband ordered the Hot Wings pizza and loved it. Read more
I called last Friday night about 30 minutes before closing. Taylor answered my call. Deceased great and so friendly. I asked if... I had time to order for pickup. She said yes. I drove order. My pizza was ready. A couple other young women were working andthey were so nice and friendly. I had a large thin crust Pepperoni and Jalapeño pizza. It tasted great. Stopped here late at night on a whim and it was the best choice. The pizza is so good! I got a small white pizza and it is now... my go-to pizza, so delicious. The family loves this place. The ladies working the counter were so helpful and polite. Read more
Pizza is good but this location is DIRTY! Tables all uncleaned, food all over tables and dishes long after people leave. Staff... is all standing at the front instead of being attentive. Tried to use the game machines and none of them worked. Put 4 quartersin one machine and never got money back. Read more
