Always a great place to get a book, to get a nice refreshing drink. a good place to do some research on your computer, there's... always plenty of places to sit. you can check out and make sure that you like the book. you can enjoy a nice quiet space. There are very few places like this available anymore it's nice to still have some places to buy and enjoyed a quiet space todo some researcher or read. Read more

Very poor customer experience. Received pick up notification and went to pick up order. Two store associates couldn't find... order. The manager, Kyle, told me my order was canceled, and could not explain why I received a pick up notification or why Iwasn't notified of the cancelation. He gave me a customer service phone number (wrote it down) and it was the wrong phonenumber. I had books in hand to buy with my pick up, but I will never buy from this location again. Read more

Look. Here's the thing. COVID destroyed trust. It has nearly destroyed theatres, and book stores are on the way out. Anything a... thousand people touch in a day,is not a good business model. Book stores like this are awesome. You get a coffee,pick a fewmagazines,skim thru. B&N is spotlessly clean. Associates are well mannered and polite. It's a safe haven to relax andunwind. This store is always a good lazy Sunday plan. Teach your children the power of reading books. They have an 83% chance ofattending college thru scholarships,will communicate more intelligently to get higher paying jobs, or marry someone they areless likely to divorce . There is nothing redeeming about this location. There is limited seating, it is dirty, and the ambiance is only slightly better... than that of a K-mart store. The book selection is absolutely dystopian. The non-fiction section is filled with tales of pastgenocides, present corruption, and future planetary annihilation. Hope and encouragement are hard to come by. The largestsection seems to be something called Manga which is aimed at those who choose not to be educated in any manner whatsoever. TheNature section was small, which is for the best because it features titles such as ?Effen Birds.? This ?treasure? providesreaders with various curse words that can be associated with different bird species. The Self-Transformation section isapparently designed to lead us into the Neo-Dark Ages with it?s volumes on Astrology, Tarot, and UFOs/Conspiracy. Given that sofew Americans read, one can only assume this garbage is filling the minds of our best and brightest. My resolve to obtainforeign citizenship was greatly strengthened by my time spent here. Read more
