I'm highly disappointed in this location I came through the drive thru Sophia was the order taker she cut me off every sentence... , to say will that be all , she was very rude , I asked her over the intercom if I could have my entire order cooked , fresh shereplied yes , yes pull to the window , when I arrived to the window she did not greet me at all instead she just started handingme drinks , I asked her if she heard me say I wanted jalepeno bites she said no , I said okay I'd like to add them to my ordershe rolled her eyes and repeated it to the lady behind her she then started handing me my food and told me to pull up to wait onthe Bites , so I did I checked my good and my chicken sandwich as well as my fries were cold so I went inside and asked to havemy order cooked to order as I had requested while at the speaker , Rose then came to the counter continuing to tell me the foodjust came up I took the food out the bag and asked her to feel the product she touched it, took the bags and slammed all thefood in the trash she then continued to slam things around while talking about the situation with her coworkers , Sophia thenwould keep looking at me laughing as Rose rudely talked behind the wall . Not only were both ladies highly unprofessional Rosethen decided she would make me wait until she cleared her drive thru , so I waited an additional 20 minutes for my food whichnow my Gyro and bites had become cold , I was so disappointed I didn't even want to have my now cold food replaced seeing howthey treated me , having to replace the chicken sandwich and fries , these two women need better training and need to not be inthe presence of customers if they can not control their attitudes Read more

I’ve lived in the area for most of my life and have been a long standing patron of Arbys. In the past few years, customer... service has declined significantly. Employees and management are rude and unwilling to listen. In my last experience I presenteda valid coupon that they forgot to enter in. Then they proceeded to argue with me about it ultimately I was told “nothingcould be done about the charge.” This location needs to fix the way it treats its customers. I miss my old Arby experience. Terrible literally overcooked everything. The premium nuggets" are literally a brick of dry hard char. Lady at the window was... extremely rude I felt like I was inconveniencing her by ordering food. Will stick to the location in Chandler. Read more

It's been a long time since I've been to Arbys. The place has been remodeled and looks nice. The staff is still the same,... friendly and helpful. I'm a fan of the Market Fresh sandwiches (love the bread) and indulged in the corned beef Reuben. I'm intoreal sour sauerkraut (made our own when I was a kid), and Arbys is better than most restaurants serve. As good a sandwich as Icould ask for. The crinkle cut fries were hot and crispy, the way they should be. It's no longer easy for me to get here, buttoday's visit was worth it. Five stars. Read more

This is the only place that still feels like a fast food restaurant on the inside. The other fast food joints care more about... drive-through and don’t care about the customers inside. Totally backwards management. This Arby’s has been around since Iwas a kid and Customer Service hasn’t changed they treat you very well here. Food is great! Read more
