Came here on a Sunday for a big order and decided to cancel it after getting some horrible attitude from the gentleman on the... speaker. I get people have bad days, or don't like working on Sundays, but don't take it out on customers...Place was dead asthe dining room was closed, and there were no cars in the drive thru. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated my time here. I saw the GM - Karen - leading her team amazingly. She was working... Frontline right along with them with a great attitude. What an amazing manager! Also witnessed an employee acceptingaccountability for her mistake on our meal. Sadly, This whole experience was out of the ordinary for 2022! The food is great here but the problem is every time and I mean every time. I always order 2 Roast Beff and Cheddar sandwich.... And thing I hate the most is that they always forget to put the cheddar. The fact that I have to come and complain so they canput cheese on my sandwich is ridiculous. I have so much stuff I could say about them but just check ur food before you leave. Ithink maybe one day they'll get it, maybe we want our order right the first time and not have to drive back. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. The actual food was not great. I get a hankering for Arby's every few years,... which is about how often I eat it. The roast beef is noticeably lower quality than it used to be. The last time I had it wasprobably 2018 and I noticed the same thing at a different location then. Something with their recipe or sourcing has changed inthe last 10ish years and it's just not very good, even by fast food standards. The reason I gave four stars was because the Mac & cheese did not taste, to me anyway, too good. Maybe it was because we, as... well as our taste buds go through certain changes as we age. My wife loved her meal, she had the gyro. She said it was verytasty. The folks were pleasant and helpful. I am not the greatest speller, please forgive me. Hope this helps, restraunt wasclean also. This Arby's is pretty good. They almost always get your food right, and there's a woman working drive through at night that's... just delightful, even gave my toddler a free lemonade. They care about their product, and their customers. Read more
