Came here on a Sunday for a big order and decided to cancel it after getting some horrible attitude from the gentleman on the... speaker. I get people have bad days, or don't like working on Sundays, but don't take it out on customers...Place was dead asthe dining room was closed, and there were no cars in the drive thru. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated my time here. I saw the GM - Karen - leading her team amazingly. She was working... Frontline right along with them with a great attitude. The food is great here but the problem is every time and I mean every time. I always order 2 Roast Beff and Cheddar sandwich.... And thing I hate the most is that they always forget to put the cheddar. The fact that I have to come and complain so they canput cheese on my sandwich is ridiculous. I have so much stuff I could say about them but just check ur food before you leave. Ithink maybe one day they'll get it, maybe we want our order right the first time and not have to drive back.
