The girl who took our order left while we were waiting for our food in drive-thru. The rest of the employees were too busy... joking around than helping us. When our food finally arrived they just handed it out the window. We got home no napkins or saucepackets in the bag. For $32 fast food order I could have gone to Dennys and had better service. Will not be back here. My time &money are worth more. Read more
We had lunch there today...it was excellent. I had the Greek Gyro which had lamb meat and was delicious! My husband loved the... Arby's roast beef with Cherry turnovers.... soooo good! Service was excellent too. Sam who was the shift manager, waswelcoming and made sure we had everything. We have never had a better experience at a fast food place. Here it says they close at 11:00 p.m. Friday 10?2. I got there at 9:56 drive-thru said they were closed at 10:00 a person was... still on the speaker. Treat your customers better! I was going to spend $20 on food give me a $40 gift card and I'll take myreview down there needs to be punishment for your actions. Try harder next time! Read more
I ordered the 2 for 7 special, one cheddar roast beef sandwich and a Greek gyro. The sandwhich was good as usual but the gyro... was huge and tasted great. Excellent deal and will revisit again. Read more
Went through the drive-thru about 4:15pm ...long line and was literally leaving 15 minutes later. Arby's really knows the... meaning of "fast food" and my sandwiches were perfect!! EXCELLENT STAFF at this location!! Read more
I went to Arby's on Tuesday afternoon with my boyfriend Scott and they messed up my order big time. I ordered a smoke house... brisket and they gave me a chicken sandwich, I told them and, they said they would fix it, then they gave me a smoke housebrisket alright, the meat was not done at all made me want to throw up! Waited 25 minutes for chicken nuggets..tried to order ahead on Arby's app to save time but nope, app is broken..does nothing.... Then after all that they gave me the wrong type of fries ??????? this is not a one time incident either..same thing almostevery time.
