Where to start.? In the drive through- we very clearly ordered 2 beef and cheddars. They didn't repeat the order back. Our... order is wrong here every time, so when we got to the window- we asked them to repeat it back. They had it completely wrong. Wrong type of sandwich and everything. It took them 10 minutes of us sitting at the window for them to correct it. They handedus our sodas and we asked them once again if they were diet. She assured us that they were. Well, I took a sip of both andone was pure sugar. My fiancé has diabetes and that's extremely dangerous. We told her that it wasn't diet and that it'sdangerous for people with diabetes, and she just laughed and shut the window. She finally came back with a diet. The managerdidn't seem concerned with any of this. We got home and guess what? NO CHEDDAR on a beef and cheddar. Plain meat- nothing else. We tried calling them to tell them about what we just experienced, and they don't answer their phone. Don't go to thislocation- it's a mess. They can't even manage to get a single thing right!! Very poorly managed!! Read more

Frustrating location at Bell and Tatum. Staff is friendly, service is good and food is generally good. But why goes this... location open later than every other? Why is the dining room closed most of the time and randomly closed? Just a few littleannoyances that make you go to one of the other 6 plus options at that same intersection. Read more

Hats off to Arby's in offering a more inclusive and complicated menu of meals from Italian to Mediterranean to American and... everywhere in between. The choices are amazing, especially if you're on a limited budget and enjoy fast food. But, it is stillfast food and there's a limited amount of good nutrition out of any fast food, including Arby's. The Greek gyro I had would havetasted much better had not the tzatziki sauce been so greasy and odd tasting. But what can you expect for a $3.50 meal. Proceedat your own risk... Read more

I was feeling the need for a good amount of protein and Arby?s has the meats, so I hit the drive-thru. We were served by a kind... and efficient man and I had one of the best Arby?s roast beef sandwiches I?ve ever had! The meat was tasty with slightlycaramelized edges and the absolute freshest bun! I?ve eaten at different Arby? restaurants throughout the US, but this wasprobably my best experience! Read more

Order delivered incomplete in the drive through. Had to wait in line again. They should have doubled the missing item or given... us desert for the hassle. But they didn't because they're oblivious to the customer experience. Read more

We have never encounter such nastiness from a group of employees. I am looking forward to discussing the nightmare experience... with Alfonzo the manager. Threw our food away. Took 3 trips from the smartellic employee to give us our order. The girl thattook our order was more than rude. She back talked my husband and said? I?m not talking to you?. Never again. Unbelievable. Read more

I got the new steak burger. It was very well done. No seasoning. It had the potential to be juicy but... I really had hoped it... would be good. I guess if you brought your own salt and pepper etc. You could salvage the taste. Read more

So I am guessing you have a new employee or a new griddle - the tops of all our buns were burnt so badly that the burn... transferred to the top of the meat?.could have been a 1 off and I get it but you had to see them when assembling. ???? It?sfrustrating?I will say that your employees are always friendly? can?t resist saying ?well done? ???? next time I?ll check beforeI pull away. Read more
