2nd worst roast beef sandwich I ever tasted. Tired of giving Arby's my hard earned money. Stale bread,dry meat and looks like... meat was ran thru a shredder. Clearly we do not have quality or ability to slice meat properly. Read more
The sandwich was horrible I ordered a Greek Gyro With Frys and a orange shake.The sandwich only had 4 pieces of meat and the... frys were not done. I also ordered the shake with no whipped cream when i got to the window she ask me we put whipped on yourshake will you take it. Read more
Classic 2 for 6$ have half the meat of other locations . Poor quality or missing items on other visits.
Tried the new Wagyu burger, first off you have to have a cook that knows how to cook a good burger you can ruin a good piece of... meat with someone who doesn?t know how to cook a burger. Seems like all the juices were mashed out of it during cooking. Themenu said medium well and mine was so well done that the outer edges were bone dry I couldn?t even eat the outer edges of thepatty. This was from the location at 119 East Baseline Rd. The entire patty was pretty dry, too well done. I was not satisfiedwith it at all, the bun was not fresh and it was just a big sloppy mess on top of meat with stale buns I was very dissatisfiedwith it. Needless to say that was my first and last time trying a Wagyu burger at Arby?s. Not a good experience at all. My moneywould?ve been better spent if I went to the Burger King a couple doors down. The cheddar has changed to a cheaper alternative ???? but other then that everything else is delicious i just wish I knew the... cheddar had changed before ordering. I threw my whole sandwich out unfortunately i asked for extra cheddar cause again thecheddar was delicious at a point and time, i mean ill take 2 or 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches delicious ???? i haven?t had themfor a while now so was a little disappointed but the beef was good and fries . My niece's and my sandwiches were mostly bread. Everything was really good for the other 5 sandwiches that were not the chicken... salad. This is the first times in years that the sandwiches had not enough on them. I hope its the person who made it not thestore. Read more

Got the new wagyu burger, it wasnt bad. Id still get the roast beef next time tho lol
