Bone in wings..They got'em, and they're good. Plus...a good atmosphere to spend time with mom! Trick is here, eat the salad... after the wings, it compliments the flavor extraordinarily! Came from out of state for a memorial services and we decided to have lunch there. Walked in greeter hardly acknowledged us... never said hi just grab the menus walked us to the table and walked away. Not even 5 minutes in waitress walk up to our tableand rudely ask if we were ready to order. 10 minutes of us being there she walked up 5 times wanted us to hurry up. She evensmacked her teeth when we politely ask for time. The restaurant was not full they had just opened up so it was not a rush hoursituation and it was only three of us. We brushed off her attitude assuming it might be one of those days. Once our food cameshe only came up to our booth once we had to flag her down to get condiments and when we did she took her time. At checkout wehad two waitress look at my sister and myself in disgust. We were not loud, rude, overly or disrespectful dressed to get thoselooks.They continued to walk pass us and grin when they came closer. Besides the awful service, the floor and tables weredirty/sticky. We were told from many individuals who live in the area that this location is notorious for discriminating. This place is trash. No customer service, after Uber eats delivered our food , food was missing and I had to drive there to get... it. Our steaks that they re made were bloody when we got home , they were supposed to be well done a total disaster. I willnever spend a penny at Applebee's . Ruined our evening and wasted our time. Food is delicious! But, the portion sizes are too big. The kids menu should be acceptable for customers who have smaller... appetites who aren't children. Because what's the point of eating less than half your meal and then taking it to go, only tohave it dry the next day after microwaving it? Customers like me who are quite slim and have a small body frame, may not wantportions that big. Consider it. Read more
Omg if it wasn?t for Ale the bar tender girl at 75 ave and Thomas this would of been a bad turn out, she did so great in taking... initiative to making our experience the best ever, host at the door completely forgot about me and my husband at the bar, it wasafter 15-20 min had past-when she asked how much longer for us to get a table the host informed her 29min more since they hadremoved us from the list, Ale immediately past the info to management and got the ok to sit us down immediately and informed usshe would be our server, like I said she did amazing and was so attentive. Usually the food is good (hence the 3 stars) but tonight I ordered the Hot Cheeto wings (my usual) and this time it seems like... they didn?t even try to coat the wings, they basically gave me regular boneless chicken. Kind of frustrating when you?re lookingforward to something you really enjoy just for it to lack the main ingredient. Read more
