we got here at 3:40 and we still haven't got our food it's currently 5:00, we got here before a lot of people AND THEY ARE... EATING BEFORE US! this is outrageous. do better Applebee's. I don?t like Apple Bee?s like I used to. Went because a friend really wanted to go, stood in front with a lovely woman and her... kid? No one came to greet us for 5 minutes or more. So my group went to sit in bar area, a rude staff member (hostess) came upawkwardly said we can?t sit there and need to move. Which usually you can sit at bar? We walk up to front and ask can we sitelsewhere, the place is empty, one person sitting a bar one family already eating and she says 15 minute wait in an emptyrestaurant. Even the lady and her kid was first was unable to be seated. The hostess had a really bad attitude that upset us anddidn?t feel welcomed. I would like to recognize the manager at 2180 East Baseline Phoenix, Arizona on 8/27/22. I believe her name was Athena. She... checked on us personally at least twice. She has an amazing personality and made us feel like we were the only customers thereeven though the place was packed. The check number was 9863-1190602. This particular Applebee's has a great lineup of friendly staff. The buffalo wings and fries are always a classic with drinking!... Gotta recommend the "Blue Aloha Margarita", really nice tropical fruit flavor but not overly sweet, even has some salty notesthat balance it overall. Overall atmosphere was really welcoming too, no garbage elevator music was played but rather, nice highenergy club songs really get the group going you know? Read more
Applebees has amazing double crunch bone in wings and mozzarella sticks (when available)!! I always choose Buffalo sauce for my... wings but they have other flavors that I?m hoping to try as well if I can ever get tired of the Buffalo flavor? These are my goto options when I eat here!! The boneless wings are just as delicious!!! I believe the kitchen starts shutting down around11:30pm, so if you?re eating late, you may want to order prior to that time.. Great atmosphere! Absolutely disgusting. Yes, the order took an hour to travel 6 minutes and that was Door Dash, however I didn't choose them,... Applebee's did. I can't complain to them because I am not a member. And they aren't the ones that put my steak in the bag rawand let it sit on the counter for 45 minutes. Yes, $23 with tip to deliver 2 miles straight down Baseline is rough treatment,but the food was inedible. Fries wet and cold, coleslaw warm and barely enough to fill a shot glass, the full racks of ribs werehalf racks and the medium rare steak was raw. My Ginsu knife was no match for its toughness. Our waiter was fantastic, he made sure we had everything we needed! My only complaint is that I couldn't order an Oreo shake... because the blender was broken. Other than that it's a great place to enjoy the company of family and friends or even for a datenight out! Enjoy Read more
