I ordered a chocolate custard with Heath bar and raspberries. They were out of chocolate custard (what?) so they said they'd mix... chocolate syrup into vanilla custard for free to make it chocolate custard. Okay. BUT I paid $9.93 for vanilla custard withchocolate swirls. I won't eat this. It's freaking vanilla. Read more
Listen. If you have an addictive personality like me, then you are going to come here A LOT. But Seph, it's just ice cream...... what could be so great about it? Maybe I'm just lazy, and don't want to take the time to make it from scratch, but having awhole layer of fudge in the center with graham cracker crust chunks and blueberries just hits different at 11 at night. Plusthey are super quick. By the time I put my debit card back in my wallet, I have that good good waiting for me when I lookback. Do you and the boys a favor and pull up 4 deep on Saturday from a night out and stop by Andy's instead of Mickey D's. Read more
The first time I had Andy's Frozen Custard was 2 years ago and it was amazing. Unfortunately for the last 6 months the quality... of the customer service and the final product has gone downhill. The young lady who took our order made us feel like we wereannoying her. How hard is it to say: Welcome to Andy's Frozen Custard, my name is blank and how can I help you? I ordered amedium Rico Suave Concrete and my wife a small Sundae. My concrete looked terrible, all the toppings were at the bottom, thecustard was melted and you can tell it was made in 30 seconds. My wife sundae looked like strawberry soup. The pictures weretaken 1 minute after leaving the drive thru and parking in the same center. This is the third time this has happened and afterthis experience we aren't coming back again. Read more
The custard was delicious! Only downside was the waffle cone. We both ordered our custard in a waffle cone and we couldn't eat... the cone because the taste was so off. Not sure if it was a fluke for that day only or that their waffle cones always tastethat way. The custard was so good, we'll go back for more of that! Enjoyed the outside seating despite the over 110 temps dueto a great misting feature. Read more

We love Andy?s, and are always coming back. We suggest getting a small because the custard is so rich.Trust us. I would have... given 5 stars, but I often receive my order wrong?more times th an right. I don?t have a complicated order, I just swap aningredient for another. But, 4/5 times it is just made wrong and it?s frustrating. Pictured is the Waffle Crunch concrete withsupposed to be no peanuts, but found that there were peanuts after a 15 min drive home. That?s my only gripe, otherwise it isreally good. Just need more precise workers that focus on quality and not how quick they can erode the line. Two days later wewent back and ordered the same concrete that my boyfriend got: the Cherry Bash. Instead, this time, the cashier rang up thetoppings individually and so the concretes were both 8 dollars for two mediums. After the last debacle, he was just frustratedand annoyed so we didn?t confront them then, but are waiting to hear back from management. Overall, we always have problemsgoing to this Andy?s. Grumpy, short customer ?service? & mediocre concretes ? a match made at Andy?s. The custard was alright. Not bad, not great.... Just alright. I added brownie chunks and Oreo pieces to my chocolate concrete. The Oreos are either 1) a knockoff brand thatdon?t actually taste like Oreos, or 2) a really really old bag of Oreos that no longer taste like Oreos. In either case, that?sbad news. The brownie chunks are closer to chocolate cake than they are brownies. Not at all fudgy, very light and cakey, andbarely chocolately. The concrete itself was pretty melted by the time we started eating it, which was about 30 seconds after wegot it. I realize a concrete is going to be more melty than a scoop of custard, but this was egregious. Kinda soupy. All inall, pretty mediocre experience. Wouldn?t return. Read more
