Since the reopen I've been here about 2 dozen times. I've had an issue with my order every time. Sometimes items are missing,... sometimes items are made wrong, most of the time just poor quality of their spicy chicken sandwich. 5 times I've filled outsurveys hoping it would improve, but it still hasn't. The Burger King on Memorial Parkway is much better. There is a very niceman who works here named John, I believe though. Read more

Refused to give my doordash driver my order even though she showed them proof it was an active order. Last time i was there in... paid for an eight count of jalapeño poppers and a whopper. They gave me nuggets and a whopper junior. Consistently thingsmissing in my room order, sauces missing. They try to charge meals as all separate items. Usually my doordash is correct thoughwhich is what i usually do , but you can?t even call for them to make right because not even their number is listed correctly.Terrible location. Read more
I go to this burger king every couple months this time I waited at the driver thru speaker longer than norma and it wasn't busy.... I ordered dinner for my s/o and myself with a few extras. When I got it home, not far, the fries were cold, the onion rings coldand rubbery. The chicken hardly had any lettuce and just a line of mayo. We weren't happy this time around. Read more
Food is always cold. My wife ordered a sprite. They started putting coke in the cup. Instead dumping out the coke and getting a... new cup the kid topped off the cup with sprite and left the coke in. Did they really think we wouldn't notice brown sprite ? Nowonder the reviews for this location are terrible. I also tried calling this location. The phone number listed just keeps askingfor me to dial the extension of the person I wish to speak to. It doesn't actually connect you to this location at all. Read more
Went through the drive through. The fries basically had no salt on them at all and were cold the second we handed the bags. We... got Dr. Pepper that was mostly watery and barely had any flavor. And the Ch'King sandwiches were extremely dry. We literally hadto go home and add more mayo to it. The fact that all three portions of the meal were subpar is disappointing. Read more
This place just keeps disappointing! I just took a lunch break and definitely needed to eat something, I pull up to drive... thru and am able to order right away. There are 5 cars ahead of me still I wasn't concerned because certainly qt dinner timethey had plenty of food going.. I only ordered a bacon double cheese burger plain PLAIN! an 8 PC. Nugget and 2 value fries.That's it! 27 minutes I just sat for 5 cars!! Top it off...my fries were too hot to eat and my burger to cold to eat! I'm donetrying to give the. Joe who works at this BK is a leader of considerable talent and someone I have had the privilege of knowing being a customer of... past two years. I am a VP of sales at large corporation and I frequently treat my associates to BK weekly. When I visit, Joeensures my orders are correct and provides outstanding service. Joe is brilliant at engaging with customers such as myself andgetting to the nub of what the customer needs are beyond "do you want ketchup w that", he knows people and how company cultureswork and can be changed. He is a master at taking command and control. For example, Joe saw me carrying 5 bags of food for myworkers last week and has offered to help me carry it all to my car.
