Would?ve given it 5 stars but I only been inside twice because I was supporting the bartending, was only 3-5 ppl inside on both... days (including myself) none of which were paying customers besides me, however it was during the day. They were looking for acook during this time so they weren?t serving food, It do have an upstairs bar/area (no bartender when I was there) , seem likeat the time they were trying to bring in fresh meat with a following to get business going again so maybe this was just a roughtime for them. Since this isn?t in my neck of the woods and not a place I visit frequently I wouldn?t break my neck to go herebut I also wouldn?t mind dipping in just to see what it?s like at night if ever I?m in the area now that they serve hookah. The white horse has been there as long as I can remember it is a great place to go fun and drinks
Service was horrible. First round of drinks came to $16 plus & she gave me $3 "in quarters" change. Gots to be Kiddin Me...smh
