I ordered a 6 piece spicy nuggets and when I got home I realized they were just regular nuggets. When I went back to get the... right order they said they didn't have any so they gave me regular nuggets. Instead of them telling me they ran out of the spicyones they still rung me up for them despite knowing they didn't have anymore. Don't give me a substitute and think I'll be okwith that. Really terrible at getting orders straight. If you want to add or remove something, they will give you a burger with JUST that.... Happened 4 times in a row on different days with different people. Make certain to clarify what you want and check your orderbefore you drive away! Read more
I was in the drive-thru and they came out and suggested that I could go into the lobby and get quicker service. And I did. And... it was quicker, I think. Also I got a good deal on nuggets. But sadly, they had run out of Coke. Wow. No restaurant should everlet themselves run out of Coke. Smh. But besides that, it was pretty good. Read more
Used to be my fav back in the day. Seemed like I waited fifteen years for my order. When I got it everything was luke warm as if... it's been sitting out. The fries were cold enough to use as ice cubes. Lots of Chit-chat behind the counter. Not happy with thesmile-less service. TIP: try to go during off peak to get hot food (check Google maps). Speed doesn't seem to matter because youwait. You may have to get someone's attention when you want to place your order. I did. Read more
Drive thru window service was a wreck! Employee was dancing and singing, didn't inform me that they were out of frosties, sweet... n sour sauce, bacon for the burgers, no medium drink cups, fries were old! Read more
NEVER EVER again! I don't eat fast food but I was in a rush. I grab a chicken sandwich and realized after my first bite it was... rawr -_- It was horrible and I would NEVER go there again. The customer service was terrible and women at the counter wasswiping my card non stop to a point I watched my account to make sure I wasn't getting over charged. I waited 10+ minutes at 10pm just to order food at the drive thru. After I ordered it was another 5 minutes. The only positive... thing of this was the food was hot. The server was just a robot. Handed my food through the window and walked away. Not a word.No Sorry for the wait, No thank you. Nothing. Unfortunately it wont stop me from eating at this Wendy's because of theconvenience. Severely rude woman working the window. They forgot to give us a large fry, and the lid wasn?t on the soda so that dumped out in... my car, so we got back into the drive thru lane waited patiently for another 12 minutes to only be met by a group of 3 womenthat completely ignored us for several minutes. My bf kindly said excuse me miss and was met with dirty looks , he asked for thefries that she forgot, and he told her really nice about the soda spilling and she snapped, we don?t give refills and walkedaway.
