The service was horrible!! Instead of the girl just taking the orders from everyone. She went over acting like she was putting... orders together. She only got one order together then stood there talking and laughing. Made everyone wait. A woman was inthere on her break from the hospital and had to wait 20 minutes just to order. And the one with the braids has no visor on oranything. We waited to long. And the other kid took one order and walked away. There was only one lady that helped at the end.All the others rather stand there and fool around. We all were disappointed in how they took care of us. The food was good theservice sucked. I go in cause I feel I get quicker service then I would going thru the drive thru. But not this time. Read more
Dining room wasn't open yet so used drive thru. No one else was in line but still took a few minutes for order to be taken. Got... to window to pay and waited a few more minutes to be greeted. Ordered and paid for 2 orders of large potatoes but only received2 small orders of potatoes. Used a free sandwich coupon but wasn't in the bag. Noticed on receipt when got home they charged$3.99 for free sandwich but only deducted $3.29 for coupon so actually paid for a sandwich not received. Burgers were ok but the fries were over salted. The dining room could be kept in better shape and floor should be cleaned with... clean water and the same with counters so there is not a stench smell. Workers were yelling to each other about the drive incustomers, which we did not care to hear. Read more
At this Wendy?s I?m sorry to say it was a zoo. I?ve been to this store many times and I have not had a good experience. Tonight... I ordered a frosty and got a liquid frosty it was not cold, I had to go back so I went in and the place was packed withteenagers acting very badly. Picking a fight with the customers and be very unruly. The manager did nothing about it but yell atthe teenagers. VERY unprofessional. Read more
Customer friendly. Very clean restaurent. Inside it was not very crowded. However there was a long drive thru line. I got some... chili which was very good!! A small side salad with fresh crisp lettuce and nice tomatoes. A chesseburger which was good too.Small drunk and some very good fries. Overall a nice lunch. Prices are competitive. Which nowadays make lunch meals unfairlyexpensive. Read more
11/1/2022 (time between 530-640pm) PAM... yes PAM is working the counter tonight. As I walked in a father & young son ordered... their food. One being a child's meal..she called the young boy over to see if he was ok with the toy (it was more for a girl..)he was fine it was red..& she gave him extra stickers.. that lil boy was thrilled."dad I can put my whole name on it..& its redlike Phillies". Next comes me..a bit older..I kept messing up using the card machine. Pam was so kind & patient..She showed mewhere to place my card to "get read" & that sometimes the swiping function can be sensitive. HOLD ON. PAM IS A REALLY KINDWOMAN. Next customer..looked down as he walked in ..she had him smiling & laughed. You have a true Asset in Miss Pam. No wheredo I go to send THE EXECUTIVES THIS? CUZ I CANT FIND IT. PAM..THANK YOU SO MUCH.
