I?ve lived in Bridesburg for 15 years and shopped and this WaWa daily. Never had a bad experience. Lately, the customer service... has been horrible mainly between the hours of 8-1am. Younger employees, extremely rude, wearing headphones, blasting the storemusic like it?s a club. I know management has to be aware of this. I never thought it would happen but this WaWa is turning intojust like the one located at Richmond and Allegany and Aramingo ?GHETTO AS F? It?s a shame because Bridesburg is a decentneighborhood. Have had the great customer service until today. I accidentally spilled coffee this morning at the cash register. I am... guessing some of the staff found it amusing. I am guessing also they thought I had already left the store. They were makingmaking ignorant comments to other customers....for example one of the staff said out loud "I will take the next customer at thisregister that does not spill coffee." They were even commenting that I shouldn't of purchased a 24 ounce coffee that I was onlypurchasing it because it was on sale for $1, which is a lie because since I have been going to this location I purchase almosteveryday the same thing a toasted roll with butter and a 24 ounce coffee...I have been doing for for almost 4-5 months already. But since they want to act ignorant and the one to act like they are so perfect...cause I am pretty sure they have had accidentsthemselves. I am taking my services else where. If I was able to post no star that's the best rating for this store.if anyone needs lottery and full coffee bins try Royal Farms... on Aramingo av.I have relentlessly called headquarters spoke with people who were cooperative in discussing resolutions allbroken promises and nothing ever changes. I was just in Wawa at Richmond and Allegheny. I was in there approximately 5:03 p.m. 04/18/21. The cashier Liz who waited on me... acted like she was doing me a favor by ringing me up. This is not the first time I have received an attitude from this cashierand she should not be working with the public. When I asked her for receipt and where her name tag was she said her name was Lizand asked me why. I told her because she has an attitude and she said so. Management needs to do something because I am indifferent Wawa's two to three times a day and this makes a person not want to spend their money with a company who allows theiremployees to treat customers this way. I usually never give one Star however she was horrible. It started by me paying for a 32oz cup with a new employee who was cashiering on a different side. The iced vanilla coffee was empty so I went back to theregister and ask them to have somebody change it. Liz asked the new employee what I said when I clearly said it. So I said itagain and she said you got to go ask them in the back. Thankfully a woman in the back working on sandwiches did Cam change theice coffee and teach the new employee how to do it then I had to get back in line and buy a piece of candy just to find out whatthis lady's name was. SMH I will never come here again and if I could give them a 0 star I would!!
