I was going in their faithfully An today the cashier was real rude an nasty to me????????i called in order asked if we can use... CREDIT CARD she says "No have to use cash" OK I said I'll come there, then I get there been using my card every time I go inthere she says "No credit cards " I said I been using it she says "I told the lady cash" OK but you didn't say " MY MACHINE ISNOT WORKING" THATS MY PROBLEM WITH YOU, IF YOU HAD BEEN HUMBLE MAYBE I WOULDNT HAVE BEEN UPSET!!!! Should be 0 stars. What an AWFUL restaurant! Probably the worse I've ever eaten in. The food is clearly frozen, thawed and... heated in a microwave. The pizza was HORRIBLE! I would NEVER eat at an Uno again unless someone paid me a million dollars or itwas literally the only source of food left on Earth...and even then I'd hesitate ???????? Read more
I am extremely disappointed. If you want your order messed up and horrible service by all means call this place. Not only was... the little bit of things we ordered 60 dollars, they mess up our order and gave us a small instead of a large, chopped up (dry)chicken instead of grilled and forgot the ceaser sauce yet still charged us for it! Not to mention the fact that they areextremely rude and unprofessional. through the phone especially. Also if you complain about your order they BLOCK you. Last timeI had to order from my husband?s phone for this reason. This isn?t the first time we had a horrible experience with this place.We will never be ordering from here ever again. It is always a 2 hour wait on delivery, I don?t think they want to deliver food, every time I call, I get the same wait time. To... get a free soda, You have to spend 30 dollars, my food came out to 34 and change and they said that the food was 29 dollars, andtax and delivery made it 34, so I wasn?t eligible.I bought a can of soda to take it to 30 dollars, just to mess with them.
