The food is good, however they?re a bit over priced for the portions you get, I ordered a lamb burger and seriously I couldn?t... believe the portion of it, my bf even went back inside asking was this the actual size of the burger because it really lookedlike not even a half size burger it was really small. I couldn?t believe it myself, I normally order the salmon cheese steak butwanted to try something different . I would never order a lamb burger again because I couldn?t believe the size that was given,when my bf ask me what I want to eat on a regular i day this spot but he refused to spend money with them because of that lambburger and the price he paid for it, also the hours of operation are misleading because Fridays it says 12pm and it?s 12:21 andstill no answer to place an order . The wait time is also long, I understand greatness requires patience but for a sandwich iscrazy, I love and support BOB always but we seriously have to do better. Read more

I?m giving them one star because I can?t give them anything else. I wanted to try their food so bad but I never had the... opportunity for multiple reasons. Firstly, I placed an order with them on doordash and they were out of the sandwich that Iordered. About 10 minutes after placing my order, I was contacted by the restaurant and they asked if I wanted to switch myorder to something else. After telling them no, they assured me that they would cancel the order. They did not cancel my order.I was then charged on doordash. I called them about 3 days later just to inquire about whether the sandwich I initially orderedwas back in stock. I ended up speaking with someone by the name of Donte and he offered to accommodate me with a free sandwichon the house due to all the troubles. That was at about 7:45pm on a Tuesday. By 8:15pm that same day, someone contacted me backsaying they WERE NOT going to be able to accommodate me. That was an argument. They then agreed to accommodate me for a secondtime. Their hours of operation states they close at 9pm. They NEVER close at their actual time. I went in to get my sandwich onWednesday around 7:15pm and while cooking food on the grill, with the door wide open, a young female says ?Sorry, we justclosed?. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I RETURN. I visit Ummi Dee?s as often as possible. The owner is very welcoming, and the staff is amazing. I usually order the Salmon BLT... (beef bacon), today I ordered Salmon egg rolls. Their menu features milk shakes, hand crafted burgers, egg rolls, cheesesteaks,and more. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade which includes fresh strawberries. Wanted to support because it?s black owned and I was disappointed both times I ate here. First time my order took over an hour... (I understand it?s real food and it takes time to cook) but when I checked on my food twice I was told another five minutes eachtime and I had to keep saying ?excuse me? to get their attention. My fries weren?t even cooked thoroughly, but I waited forever.Second time I waited about 40-50 minutes and my friend went in to check on our order and nobody even asked if she had beenserved or anything for about 10 minutes. The food wasn?t too bad this time except the shrimp were too done. They definitely needto work on their customer service and practice food safety and handling. Just because you wash your hands doesn?t mean you canjust touch people food barehanded on top of you touching a million and six other things. This place is a great place for quick bites ! They?re pescatarian friendly, but they do also have great Turkey & beef burgers as... well as salads, salmon fries, and cheese steak egg rolls. I got a large Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake and strawberry lemonadewhich brought my total to over $25, they then gave me a coupon to redeem for the next time I stop by. Read more

This place is great, it?s takeout only. I got the Ummi Bacon burger and the Hot Chix chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches looked... delicious and more importantly they tasted just as great. Tried the place for the first time a few months back during Black Restaurant week and it was pretty good. I ordered the Salmon... Cheesesteak, Sweet Potato Fries and a Strawberry Lemonade. I really liked the fact they used real salmon filets - they had aclear glass so I could see them cooking stuff when I came to pick up my food. The food was very filling but wasn't greasy oranything like that. Hoping to try some other items on the menu and suggest others go check them out. Read more
