No nonsense food here. I would go for the traditional Korean dishes rather than the Chinese-Korean fusion ones because they seem... to specialize in those. All the soup-based food is amazing. Read more

This place is overpriced. The Tofu Kimchi costs $25.99 and does not even comes with a bowl of rice or any side dish.

U-Town was my comfort food-of-choice during undergrad. the food was always stellar, and it continues to be in my top 3 if not #1... Korean restaurant in the United States?this is after MANY restaurants in MANY cities from NYC to Tulsa to Los Angeles toPortland. the staff is amazing and sweet. in fact after our visit this week, they still remembered my partner and I after 3+years. forever and always grateful for the time spent at U-Town. this is a restaurant in UCity that you don?t want to miss.highly recommend the japchae, dumplings, duk mandu guk, bibim bap, and deok boki. wish ya?ll the best and continued success. Food is good but recently half of many of their dishes are replaced with salad. So instead of getting a whole dish of kanpoongi... (just an example) like before, now you get half a dish and the other half is just salad. So technically the pictures aremisleading, but this seems to be the byproduct of the pandemic. So to review as of current, portions are overpriced, but thefood is good. Read more

To be honest I was pretty disappointed. It took the waiter about 30 minutes to take our order, and then another 30 minutes to... bring our food out. My friend and I ordered Kimchi Scallion Pancakes that were $17 so we thought the portion would be prettybig. But when the food was brought out the pancakes were very burnt and the portion was about the size of an appetizer. We gotthere around 7:30 and the restaurant closed at 9 so we didn't think time was an issue, but by the time we got our food it was8:30 and then exactly at 9 the waiter placed our check on the table. A Korean restaurant that looks very small and quaint on the outside, but on the inside it's absolutely not. Food menu is... extremely diverse and massive with good service and the quality is good too Read more

Good size portions and pricing I will definitely be back to try out other things on the menu. Excellent service too.
