My friend and I love the sandwiches. They're so generous with the sizes and stuffing. The owner also is very nice and frequently... is kind enough to let us have chips on the house. The crazy part is that they were so successful, they were once sold out on aSunday by noon! My friend and I were devastated, to say the least. Don't walk...Run!!! This place has INCREDIBLE SANDWICHES! They also have soup that's made in house. The proportions are enormous... which is great for a lunch and then a dinner. It's a chef's kiss kinda place. If you want the best sandwiches in Philadelphia,eat here. The meat was very fresh as well as the veggies and dairy. Very kind owner named William. You'd better hope you come on a good day. Their internet is frequently out, meaning any online order you placed doesn't go... through and they can't take cards. Don't think you can get around it by calling your order in. Their phone doesn't workeither! After waiting a half hour past the time my order was originally scheduled for pickup, they offered no apology and nocompensation for a sandwich different from the one I originally ordered and the miserable experience of trying to deal withtheir ordering system. Highly disappointing experience, I googled this business prior to coming in the city for the best sandwich in Rittenhouse. To... say dissatisfied would be an understatement. To start off this experience the bread was dreadfully hard, the was a sauce on myroll that wasn?t listed on the website.
