I actually really liked it. They really need to get your name with the order as it's easy for people to clam the same item as... they ordered and it of order. There was two folks who jumped their order time by 6 or 8 people. Arrived. Waited 10 minutes in line. About 6 people ahead. All of a sudden the guy announced that there will be a 30 minute wait... for any further orders because they are going to do all the online orders before taking any of the customers actually in thestore. Who does that? Way to tell customers they don't matter. Definitely not worth the wait and no reason ever to goback. Skip these rude people and go elsewhere. Read more

Was craving for a rolled ice cream on a very hot summer day! When saw a sign that wait time is 45 minutes, we thought well who... takes 45 minutes for that? We were inside that at 6:40pm, we were able to place the order at 6:58, finally got the ice cream inhands at 7:45pm. Meanwhile saw 15 people( not exaggerating) leaving w/I placing order cause if the wait time. Flavor wise basicice cream base/vegan/fat free yogurt. We had yogurt base-love park-whipped cram and ice cream base-namaste-nutella topping. Itwasn't worth the 1 hour wait. Read more
Had a pleasant experience. We had gotten our rolled ice cream not incredibly quick, like the rolled ice cream places you go to... in Chinatown, but fast enough. One of the employees had been fairly messy and slow when they were rolling the ice cream. Butotherwise, it was fine. Good tasting like rolled ice cream is! Mine was definitely creamy. Read more

The best ice cream I've had all my life!!!! Hands down!!! It's so fascinating to watch them make your ice cream right there in... front of you. I enjoyed every moment to it. The ice cream is very delicious. You get to choose your own ingredients and toppingswhen you are there. So it's like someone made an original ice cream for you, based on what you choose. Very good place forfamilies to go or for couples on a date. Read more
